Relax, recover, enjoy, that's what the operator advertises on its homepage. The lake festival was coming up (July 19th - 21st, 2024) and we were aware that it would be loud, but we couldn't have imagined that we would be standing in a mixed parking lot in front of the Ballermann! The campsite includes a mobile home parking space, 14 places, 10 euros/night. We had already visited this place two years ago, but reservations were not possible this time, but when we got there on Friday there were five places with barrier tape that were inaccessible. We settled in and there were now five seats occupied. Then the parking space was approached by cars at around 4 p.m. this Friday; the drivers thought the parking space was a public parking lot. The owner or senior partner wasn't interested; it was only when his barrier was closed during the evening that he came onto the site in his car and became grumpy. There was no hearing because of the problem of the many car drivers who drove to the mobile home site looking for a parking space. You wouldn't be seen as a guest, but the conversation ended abruptly and the older man in his green car quickly left the place. There was no barrier or barrier and so the motorhome parking space could also be used at night by guests of the lake festival, among other things. around turning. The next day (Saturday) around 3 p.m. even more cars drove onto the square, with the permission of the owner. People were sent there to park because, in addition to the house and campsite being fully booked, they also had to organize a funeral party. When I said to a driver that this wasn't a parking lot, the owner or senior manager or something similar came. It was exactly the same older man as yesterday, he indicated to the driver that he was allowed to park in the parking space. When we complained about the cars blocking the space, he complained:Original sound owner: "You have nothing to say here. Pack up and drive away." When we said we wanted our money back, they said there was nothing and if we didn't like it, we should pack up and leave. Other RVers also heard this, as did a friend who my husband happened to be on the phone with. Four people and everyone were shocked by this incident and the verbal attack.Oh yes, we could write reviews, he's not interested! The motorhome drivers who saw all this were stunned by the man's behavior! The fact that cars drive onto the square at night and stand on the square with the engine running for ten minutes and make noise is acceptable, as it is a sea festival. We're not talking about the music of the lake festival, we're talking about a noise level that comes from a mixed parking lot. There are mobile homes, caravans and now also cars here; they can be parked here because it is expressly permitted. The area is gravel, so it is noisy when the cars are driving. By the way, the reserved spaces were not for mobile homes, but there were caravans and cars from a renovation company. The disposal facility is also parked and cannot be used. But as a special highlight on Fridays and Saturdays there was loud party music from guests of the campsite, constant sound and a roar corresponding to the alcohol level. When the music started at the lake, you felt like you were at a fair, all that was missing were the calls of the carnies between the bumper cars and Himalayas. You could have simply announced upon arrival that the mobile home parking space will be used as a parking lot, both for in-house guests and for visitors to the lake festival, and that noise pollution is to be expected as a result. That would have been fine, but we certainly wouldn't have checked in then. However, if the operator had wanted to exercise his property rights, he could have simply prevented Seefest guests from parking.
