The 6-course menu in the gourmet restaurant of the very best quality. Interesting compositions, but not too extravagant either. Menu with good wines at fair prices. Our greatest respect!The hotel complex, our hotel room and the service also scored points. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the country house.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful menu in a very beautiful location.Big praise to the whole team!On a second visit we were allowed to move into one of the beautiful rooms. We were able to load and park our bikes in a locked garage.

The room was very quiet, tasteful and had a good view. The starter was ok, but the main course was too salty with the schnitzel. There was no response when this was pointed out. Because of a hazelnut allergy, we wanted puree for the main course. The kitchen didn't want to deliver this, but instead wanted potatoes. And that with a main course for €45. It was very loud in the restaurant from a table with very drunk guests, the staff couldn't get this under control. The breakfast was very good.

We were able to enjoy the gourmet menu. Great cuisine with sophisticated combinations.Perfect, warm service. Nice ambience. Quiet.Plus wonderful local top wines, thanks to a locally connected sommelier with lots of information.The area is beautiful and is ideal for a few days of cycling or convertible enjoyment.

We had a wonderful weekend at Rüssel's Landhaus. Everything is just right here. Perfect hosts with very friendly and very well-trained staff. The themed rooms are furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is missing. The outdoor areas are a dream and excellently furnished. The breakfast was excellent and there was also a special decoration with candles for the big birthday. Very attentive. The highlight at the end of a wonderful weekend was the 5-course gourmet menu with a very suitable wine accompaniment. A huge compliment to the kitchen and the service. Fantastic!We invited ourselves to dinner at Hasenpfeffer and were spoiled. Not only the atmosphere, but also the service and - above all - the food was sensational.We then spent the night in room number 16 and found - like everywhere else - fresh flowers. In general - the entire arrangement at Rüssel demonstrates fine taste and great attention to detail. What an organizational masterpiece to achieve and maintain this level - not only in terms of food, but also in the environment. We were only able to see the outdoor area in April - wonderful - what does it look like when everything is green? There are little corners everywhere to linger and relax, a pond, a small stream and benches, chairs and tables everywhere.I'm very excited. As you can read. And no - I wasn't bribed - I paid for the meal and accommodation in full and gladly!

Idyllic location surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms were clean and organized into different themes.The gourmet restaurant had a well-selected wine list, also offering wines not listed on the menu. The menu offered 4, 5, 6, and 7-course meals composed of a mix of regional and non-regional products. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. The first waiter, a man, was very professional, and the second waiter, a woman with darker hair, was unprofessional and unfriendly, warranting a half-point deduction.The second, non-gourmet restaurant, Hasenpfeffer, also offered cuisine featuring local and fresh ingredients, but with room for improvement. The dynamic pricing for the same wine list resulted in another half-point deduction.

The fine dining restaurant was definitely recommended.The well-chosen wine selection for the courses stood out for me.It was a shame that there was no vegetarian or vegan alternative to individual courses, you just get the planned course without meat and pay for the course as usual. In our opinion, the owner did not deal openly with the criticism.Overall it was a great visit!I just think that strict vegetarians would have been very unhappy here, which the owner apparently doesn't want in his restaurant either.Nevertheless, we were served by a very warm-hearted lady named Kasper, who did her job more than well.The service was absolutely perfect all around. :)

I was at a “summer festival” there and things started sorting in the parking lot. The more expensive cars were allowed to park in front of the house, the other inferior ones were allowed to park opposite on the lawn. G Class in front of us in front of the house, we in the Fiesta on the meadow and the S Class behind us of course also in front of the house. This is exactly how it runs through the entire establishment.Criticism cannot be dealt with either, as you can see here with all the other negative comments. All in all it seems more than it is... What a shame, otherwise it's a nice location.
