Rooms are nice, a bit warm. Service is top notch. Location is great, it is in a very busy area. It can be noisy with the window open. Otherwise a very nice and nice hotel.

Nice hotel close to the city center, recommended. The only negative is that the air conditioning barely cools, even at the end of October it was very warm in the room.

They pull legal tricks to rip your rightful money off of you and here is How to avoid some of these traps.Radio tax:They need to pay all the radio tax back to you that you paid during your stay. However you need to provide the proof of payment until your last day before check out or they reserve the right not to pay (it was 220€ for me)Cancellation of contract:They demand 3 months of payment if you try to cancel your student stay booking even if you did not check in yet.Never trust private dorm chains and read the contracts carefully. Hopefully this helps students like me.

Clean, spacious and excellent location. The hotel is exceptionally clean and rooms are spacious. Coffee making machine is handy. Large windows. I'd prefer the room colors rather than dark theme. The best part of staying at this hotel is location and centrality.

Great place, great price, very in the center. Staff is very nice, have multiple of services to offer. The bar and restaurant is very fine. The gym is convenient and has all the basics. This is really a great option for a few days in Berlin, nothing to be worried about.

Lack of hot water in the shower, staff's lack of care in asking whether the problem was resolved after the complaint and lack of capacity to solve the problem was only minimized. the breakfast although not bad, I expected more being a 4 star hotel

Super cool place, with super cool people. It is really near Alexanderplatz, so you can get there really easily.If you plan to stay in Berlín as a tourist, I could not recommend this place more.

I used TSH as hotel, so this review reflects only on this aspect.||High priced room and low end amenities…||They could do much better since the location is good.||Staff is very friendly but unfortunately less competent.||I liked the internal clientele though.

This is a great hotel... well designed and funky. The rooms were airy and exceptionally clean... Good amenities such as water, coffee etc provided. I would go so far as to say this is one of the best European hotels I have stayed in on a city break. Excellent value and I would actively seek out this chain in future.

I would never book this hotel again - it's a shame because the location is wonderful, the building is very beautiful and a lot of time was obviously invested in an appealing interior design.Unfortunately the staff is terrible.At check-in we were only given a quick look; the employee wasn't interested in our questions.Only some guests are served in the bar. After a long wait (20 minutes) we asked for a card at the bar. The drinks we ordered were out. We ordered others. The sugar syrup was forgotten in the cocktail.The hairdryer in the room was broken. The request for an exchange was not fulfilled.A group of drunk guests gathered outside our window at around 2230. When we tried to reach the reception at 2330, an employee answered. I described the situation, he said "He does" and simply hung up without any further words. Then he didn't do it. They can't get through with my number anymore. My husband called from his cell phone - then the employee answered again. Even after this phone call, nothing much happened, after that he didn't answer the phone anymore, but at least he took care of the noise.

Party hotel with condoms on the badside table - for me as a woman traveling for work a no-go; breakfast is delicious, bed is comfortable but lots of foreign men partying in front of elevators that lead into the rooms with no camera surveillance for safety! Water pressure in the shower for warm water is horrible.

I came from abroad, excited to stay at The Social Hub Berlin, but the experience was underwhelming. The staff greeted me with rudeness instead of warmth, making me feel unwelcome right away. For an international traveler, it’s frustrating to encounter such unprofessionalism. I’d suggest looking elsewhere for a friendlier atmosphere.
