Very good, home-style cuisine. The menu is clear, but better quality rather than quantity. The beer garden is very nice and the staff is very nice. We traveled with a stroller and wheelchair, which was possible without any problems.

The two of us had dinner at the mill. Very tasty food (salmon fillet and sea bass), recommended tasty wines, served in a cozy atmosphere by a very friendly and attentive boss. We sat here in a very nice atmosphere! We were completely satisfied! Highly Recommended!

I was at the mill on July 17, 2024 for an owners' meeting, for which a room was kindly rented to us. I ordered a schnitzel... Yes, yes, a schnitzel... eh, you ignorant people! Yes, a schnitzel, if you don't think that's anything special, I can only recommend trying it yourself, a schnitzel to bring to the table with crispy breading, juicy meat and appropriate seasoning. I found it very tasty and I will definitely go there again. There are still a few dishes that I want to try, but I am already convinced that anyone who can serve such a delicious schnitzel can also prepare the other things on the menu to perfection. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to the mill.

The location of this hotel in Aldingen/Remstal is good. The rooms are clean and some of them have a balcony. They are located in the annex and require a short walk, but I recommend it. The price is very good for the Stuttgart region. The only downside would be the parking situation. But the manager of the house helps out immediately and gives appropriate instructions depending on the size of the vehicle.

Everything has already been said! The premises are getting old. There was nothing to eat...three restaurants in town all closed! Poor Germany...what about tourism and hospitality??The landlady was unfriendly...Breakfast nothing extraordinary.No recommendation!

We had a family celebration using the restaurant, in its glass part. It is a comfortable, spacious and well-equipped place. We had a menu based on Flädlesuppe, salad starter and various meats served with fries, spätzle and sauces, vegetables and mushrooms. All very good and served continuously and on time. The attentive and pleasant waitresses. We were also able to set up a table of our own desserts that gave us a table next to our celebration.It is a good place if you want to organize something as a family. I can't talk about the rooms because we weren't staying there.

We went to the mill for a family dinner on Easter Sunday. Despite many guests - which already proves the quality of the place - we were served courteously and friendly. The Easter menu was very appealing and there was something for everyone. Regarding the quality of the food, you have to say that everyone tasted excellent and you could tell that all the food was freshly prepared by a professional chef. This is not a given these days with many finished products. Everything was reasonably priced. Overall - high praise. We'd love to come back.

We scoured the place looking for a nice place to have dinner. There isn't much choice in Remseck. Coincidentally, the Greek restaurant had a closed society, so we used Google Maps and followed the description in disbelief..."Restaurant in an old mill..." Where was that supposed to be, everything looked so new and urban in the corner.We found it and weren't too impressed inside. The restaurant has a bit of a daycare touch. The lady who welcomed us was nice but not warm, some people in the restaurant were celebrating loudly and happily.We ordered and then the feeling of well-being began: another lady served us with a warm smile and brought us delicious, freshly prepared food. The corn chicken was super tender and juicy, tagliatelle in a very delicious wild garlic pesto. Absolutely recommended!I had Das Pfännle with pork loin, spaetzle, Bernaise sauce (unfortunately not fresh, but tasty) and cream sauce. I was also impressed by the small salad beforehand. Completely fresh and refined with a delicious dressing. Finally, a scoop of ice cream in an espresso. And everything was brought to you by naturally friendly service.That was a successful evening. Even if there is a star deduction because of the somewhat cool atmosphere.

I was here at the end of September 2023 for a few days.Check-in was easy (a short phone call -> 5 minutes later someone was there to give me the room key).At the time the restaurant was closed due to holidays so I can't say anything further about it.The walk up to the room is definitely not for older people as luggage has to be carried up a narrow spiral staircase.There were free parking spaces nearby.

As a noble overnight accommodation just 2.5 km from the Sonnenhof. We were invited to a wedding and slept very well in the mill. Breakfast was great. Hot meals are made fresh for each guest. We found the price/performance ratio to be completely okay. Gladly again at any time 😃
