I was amazed by this store. The place is quite big and the location is good. Everything from the presentation to the taste of the ingredients exceeded expectations! It tastes great and looks appetizing at first glance, but the portion is huge. It is a more exquisite type. The advantage is that the dishes are very fresh, the taste is moderately salty, and the heat is just right. The serving speed is really good, the color is better, the price is affordable, the service is considerate, and it is praised! Come again next time if you have a chance!

Review of the Linde Hotel in NeubergI would like to emphasize that my criticism does not relate to the hotel itself, the rooms or the atmosphere, but to the unprofessional behavior of a waiter, which really spoiled our stay. We had reserved a side room for an owners' meeting in order to come to an important decision in peace. When the waiter finally came to take our drinks, I politely asked if card payment was possible. His answer: âYes, but only from a minimum amount of 20 euros.âSince I had just come from work and didn't have any cash with me, I told him straight away that I would forego the order in this case. However, his response was anything but helpful or customer focused. He asked in all seriousness: âHow can you leave the house without cash?â I would not have expected such rude and invasive behavior in a hotel like this.I explained to him again that I came straight from work and simply didn't have time to get cash beforehand. However, this appears to have been ignored. Instead, I was indirectly told that in the âmodern ageâ without cash, it was practically my own fault if I didnât reach the minimum amount. Such behavior, which gives me as a guest the feeling of being lectured or even reprimanded, is simply unacceptable. Especially in a hotel where you actually expect to be treated with respect and understanding.One thing is clear: I won't allow myself to be told whether and why I travel without cash. In this day and age of digitalization, it is incomprehensible that such minimum amounts for card payments still exist - but it is even less acceptable that guests are treated in such a condescending manner. Customer friendliness looks different.

In December we held our little Christmas party in the linden tree with our tree care team. Contact with inquiries and reservations was very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant surprises with an extraordinary ambience and outstanding atmosphere. The friendly team offers very good service at a high level. The managing director also always found time to explain the menu to his guests directly at the table. Emphasis is placed on regionality and handcraft in the kitchen. The wine list impressed with an excellent selection and the arrangement of the food and its quality also impressed with its freshness and attractive appearance.All in all, a wonderful place where you can enjoy fine cuisine with top service.

Well, we actually go there far too rarely ;-) What I particularly like about the Linde are the themed evenings, where you can feast on something new, unusual but also traditional. But even the 'normal' dishes are actually always good. The service is friendly, attentive and courteous and even celebrations in large groups do not overwhelm the team. You always receive good service and go home deliciously full.

I've been to the Linde before and even celebrated my wedding there. The food was great đ. Today I was there again and it wasn't good.The fried potatoes and the bread dumplings were definitely not homemade. Looked and tasted like a finished product. Spaetzle were homemade, but they weren't yellow in color, they were white and didn't taste good. In my opinion, it's not possible to have to pay extra for a side dish. There should be a side dish and if you want a second one, then fine. I used to think the atmosphere was nicer. The boss wasn't as nice to us as he was at other tables.Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend it and I won't be coming there myself.

We are used to better food from the linden tree. Unfortunately, the fried potatoes and bread dumplings didn't taste like they were homemade. Spaetzle was very bland. Unfortunately you have to pay extra for the supplement itself.

I stayed at this hotel for work. The room is very simple, small TV, no air conditioning, only fan, bed too soft and very small bathroom. The breakfast appears to be good but with little variety. I can say that the quality - price ratio is too excessive considering the location (Neckarsulm) and the services that the structure offers

The Riecks Restaurant has a new look! The entrance area has been renovated, the Lindenstube shines in a lime green and a small shop has been added. The restaurant has been stylishly modernized but a lot has also been retained. A cozy, feel-good atmosphere with elegant, rustic charm invites you to linger! Very tasty, creative dishes are still served from a kitchen that celebrates traditional cooking with products directly from the region from the manufacturer/producer! Here homemade is really made here in house!!! Definitely try it out!Guests of the house can park conveniently directly in our signposted parking spaces in front of and to the side of the house.

Apparently the owner's mother is hard to beat when it comes to rudeness. Comes out straight after parking and asks irritably where you want to go. The parking spaces are neither signposted nor time-limited, nor are they on your own property! They simply say they are theirs. There is no answer to the question of why there is no signage. She threatens you with a tow, police, parking and also becomes insulting. Factual conversation not possible. Apparently it's not an isolated case and it's known in the neighborhood (hear, say). Anyone who spends so much time sitting at the window probably doesn't have any customers. I can well imagine why...
