The area is some kind of industrial area, next door to a McDonald's drive-thru. The floor throughout is so wavy that the doors cannot be closed, the case in the shower leans in every direction but towards the drain, the refrigerator door is hinged incorrectly. The floor was not cleaned.

An excellent apartment located inside HD city centre with the tram stop Rudolf-Diesel-Straße walkable distance of 5 minutes connecting HD Hbf being next stop within 2 minutes ride. No complaints. Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Positive:Contact person can be reached at any time via mobile, earlier check-in was possible without any problems, keys left in the safe at the entrance, which is very uncomplicated, on-site parking spaces.New windows, no outside noises noticeable, contrary to initial fears, quite quiet outside. Very lightproof curtains. Building renovated.Neutral:Location: commercial area outside the center, which we knew beforehand, very limited infrastructure nearby (e.g. bakery), about 2 km walk to the old town. If you're feeling a little hungry, there's a McDonald's right next door.Negative:Apartment 2: Ant infestation (we were quickly given ant spray after we were informed of this, but apparently the problem had existed for a long time), ant street on the kitchenette and in the bathroom on the second day, and the apartment was borderline noisy, i.e. everyone would "fart". heard, the neighbor's TV right on the wall at the head of the bed, so no peace when it's on, only a bedside table on the double bed, bathroom not completely clean (dusty heater/towel rack, toilets), bathroom mirror mounted much too high so that smaller people can sit in it can only see with difficulty.The crowning glory, however, is the bathroom door, which can only be opened and closed with effort because it is too long/drags/not adjusted on the floor/completely crooked and tilted (has already been mentioned several times in other reviews of our booking portal - apparently nothing happened), The laminate flooring adjacent to the bathroom bends upwards/crunches because it has been installed incorrectly (that's where the ants come from), plus, despite the contemporary kitchenette, there's an ancient 2-burner hob that makes it difficult to cook properly. Old used dishwashing sponges/no dishcloths, but that wasn't decisive for the war. Kitchen equipment not extensive.Whether the large, clearly visible (former?) mold stains on the bathroom ceiling already mentioned in other reviews were simply painted over or treated, I have no idea. In view of the clear defects that have apparently existed for a long time, not a good price/performance ratio. First and last booking for us in this accommodation - what a shame!

Stay with 4 people in apartment 9. Contactless arrival/departure possible. Sufficient for our purposes, everything was there and clean. The coziness/warmth is a little lacking but that's a matter of taste. The lights are very bright, which we noticed negatively. The bench on the terrace should be replaced as unfortunately it is not possible to sit comfortably. Would book again.

Practical accommodation for a few days in Heidelberg. There are about 4 parking spaces in the yard, but otherwise you can also park on the side of the road. A public transport stop is nearby, so the city center can be reached quickly. WiFi is available. There were problems with TV reception during our stay. A number of private channels were disrupted. This could not be remedied in the short term. There are no shops in the immediate vicinity, but they can be reached by public transport or on foot.

Hotel is well located and very quiet. The room and bathroom are clean and everything you need is there. It is relatively narrow on the terrace and there would have to be a partition between the apartments.

There are dishes in the room so you can cook if you need to. The room on the ground floor has a cozy veranda. A parking space is not included in the price. The only minus is soundproofing; if there are small children in the neighboring rooms, it will not be comfortable.

Conveniently located for us to visit family. Contactless check-in/check-out convenient. Bed a bit soft but not uncomfortable. Unfortunately feather pillows (allergic), but I brought my own. Bathroom spacious, unfortunately water damage (large wet corner) from the room above. Makeup mirror broken. In the walk-in shower (shower curtain, not contemporary), floor tiles loose.

Very clean, warm and comfortable apartment. With everything a group could need. And parking. Helpful and direct communication and consultation.Although it is not close to the center, it is easily accessible by public transport or 5 minutes by car.6 people and we were comfortable.I recommend it

I have already stayed here twice for work, one week each time. The apartments are clean, tidy and well-equipped in both the bathroom and kitchen area. WiFi works well, and later arrivals are also possible without any problems via a key compartment access.Both apartments smelled a bit unpleasant, there was never any staff on site when I was there, so I requested the invoice by email, but HD City App took a good week's time (it was always paid in advance via Booking). The apartments on the ground floor are relatively noisy and the entrance door is very loud.

Very nice apartment, superbly furnished. Very nice reception. Apartment No. 4 is very noisy as the windows face the parking lot.
