We were very pleased with our accommodation at SUYTES. We had a large suite with kitchen, dining area, living room and a separate bedroom. The suite was modern and clean. The bathroom was large, with plenty of counter space for toiletries and several outlets for charging devices. The kitchen was complete with refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. Dishes, pots and pans and utensils are included. There were two patios in the suite. A/C and in-room safe. The bed was firm and very comfortable, with crisp white linens. The only minor complaint about the suite is that there was a lack of sufficient lighting; only two tiny reading lamps in the bedroom, and dim lamps in the living/dining area. The building has a laundry facility but there is a €15 charge to use it. Rooms were cleaned daily, but otherwise service was minimal. There is a reception desk, but it is not staffed after about 4 pm. There is a lockbox system for late check in. There is no restaurant. The location is a little isolated, about 850 metres from the train station, and 3 km from the tourist old town, and not many services nearby.

Almost like being at home - only in Heidelberg. The studio is perfect for a few relaxing days, bright and friendly, nice living area, comfortable bedroom with a great box spring bed, great kitchenette, great bathroom and the staff is also super friendly. We'd love to come back again.

There are only cafes nearby, including McDonald's and KFSi.....the store, the nearest one is a 15-20 minute walk, which is not very convenient, and the railway is not far away, sometimes you can hear it, the view is not very good, the rooms are normal, no show off , I don’t know about the others, ours was on the third floor with a kitchen, which was convenient.

Trash service the night for over 100, by reservation you don't get any access code, yet by arrival nobody would open the door, and then you supposedly have to insist calling a phone number to get a number, which doesn't make sense, since as a tourist I cannot make calls here, overpriced trash, you better go Meininger, which is what I did after freezing trying to get access using Hotel One wifi, since they don't even have a guest access point, really useless

A very excellent, elegant and clean hotel, with full services, it has twenty rooms, there are balconies for the rooms, there is a refrigerator, an oven, plates and cooking utensils, beautiful views, close to the train and train station, free parking is available in front of the hotel, and paid parking is available in the basement for 8 euros per day The hotel staff is respectful, helpful and cheerful. The average room price in September is 119 euros, and there are cheaper times in October as well. I liked the hotel very much and I would love to stay with them again.

We didn't find anyone there at the reception at around 4:30 p.m. There was no information in the online check-in. Only after calling several times (it was busy) were we given a code for the safe with the room card. Rooms are generally nice and large and stylishly furnished, but unfortunately not clean. Upholstered furniture all with stains and urgently needs a basic cleaning or replacement. At least the bed seemed clean. The curtains were also dirty and torn.The bathroom is a nice size and has a rain shower, but it was calcified and the joints were moldy. All the necessary things were available in the kitchen. The sink and the area around it are calcified and the coffee machine (capsule machine) also didn't seem well maintained.I wouldn't come here again.

Suytes business hotel is strategically located close to the Montpellierbrücke tram/bus stop and Heidelberg central train station. The neighborhood itself isn't too pretty, but the city centre is walkable (about 20-25mins, or less by taking the tram for the first half of the journey).We didn't encounter any staff until departure, check-in was accommodated via key card in a locker. Which worked fine and there was an internet page with all information and service options.The room itself was okay. Nothing too luxurious but comfortable enough. Furniture has seen better days and the kitchen did miss some basic utensils. Bathroom was quite good.I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a place close to the public transport hub of Heidelberg, but I would look elsewhere if you're wanting to be closer to the city centre or in need of a more luxurious room.

Short and sweet. A very nice, perfectly furnished room, very friendly welcome, delicious breakfast and good connections to the city center and sights made my husband and I's stay sweeter. We felt very comfortable and were able to relax from everyday life.
