CREDIT CARDS STOLEN FROM MY ROOM!I got 2 credit cards stolen from my room. I forgot my wallet in my room and found out after I received fraud attempt emails from my bank. The credit cards were taken from my hotel room and taken out of my wallet. I didn’t leave them in the breakfast area or the lobby. They were in my room! The kind of privacy violation that, most likely, someone from the hotel personnel put me through is not something to be expected from a hotel like Hilton. Funny enough… the credit card I left as my deposit card when checking in was left inside the wallet, not stolen. Makes me wonder…I am very disappointed with the service and support received from all the staff. The empathy, service, and customer support were basically nonexistent. Zero follow-up or proposing any type of support after the incident.Filed the report with the police and, of course, with the hotel.

My stay here this week was amazing. This is my second time staying at the same hotel. This time, I stayed from 24 Octobr to 29 October. Before my arrival, I had a tough time traveling to Berlin due to flight cancelations. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by two very pleasant and professional Hilton team members, Michaela and Jona, the manager. They took the time to listen to my unpleasant travel and past saty at another rival hotel in Germany. As a Diamond member They ensured they had a room readily available for me, and it would meet my needs. The view from my room was amazing, the room was OUTSTANDING! I honestly believe if I wasn't Diamond status,  they would take the same energy and find a comfortable room for me because they are in the hospitality industry. So, I take my hat off to them. They are an example of what Hilton stands for. They represented the Hilton brand. There were two other Hilton team members as well and I am sorry I didn't get their names, one female and one male whom were also around during my arrival and the rest of my stay that always greeted me. (They know who they are). This team made me feel like I was truly an honored guest. The hotel is more than 5 stars from the amenities to the executive lounge and the bar staff. They were all a pleasure to be around. This hotel is one hotel that I can honestly say is a favorite of mine along with the Waldorf in Washing DC and the Hilton in Malta. Other hotels in the Hilton brand should take time to visit these locations to see how Hilton property should operate.Thank you, Team Berlin.I will see you guys again for business. Also, I can not forget,,,, breakfast is out of the world!!!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel bar offered a variety of cocktails, and the espresso martini was delicious. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was well worth it.

It was a nice hotel, nice rooms, the location was a bit annoying to get to. The breakfast was amazing however their 24/7 snacks were kinda lazy for example the nachos are just corn chips microwaved with cheese slices on top. Over good hotel though and would stay there again.

During my recent stay at Hilton Berlin, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, making me feel valued as a guest. The accommodations were modern and well-maintained, and the central location allowed easy access to attractions. Overall, it was a delightful experience that truly reflects their commitment to customer appreciation. Highly recommend!

Great location, good breakfast. But cleaning service is not good. The cleaner opened the room door at 8:35 AM before checkout without knocking. When I was lying in bed and woke up, our eyes met, but she didn’t even say sorry and just left. There were also long hairs stuck to the new shower towel I received. It seems like staff training is needed. I have no intention of returning. The cleaning lady came in without knocking at 8:35 a.m. before check-out. I woke up from lying down at the sound of the door opening and our eyes met, but he just closed the door and left without saying sorry.Even though there was long hair stuck to the new towel I received the day before, I didn't say anything, but I was in a really bad mood when all this happened. When I asked if I could provide contact information to file a complaint when checking out, I was given a business card left at the front desk, and it had the email address [email protected] written on it, where reservation inquiries are usually made. Shouldn't we at least provide the customer service email address...?

1 minus point: the water in the room was 5,99 euros. Please! I pay 200+ for a room and I don’t even get a free bottle of water. That’s ridiculous.1 minus point: the carpet on the floor was smelling weird. The room didn’t have good air. The room was a little old, and didn’t give me the hygiene feeling. The location is quite good.I don’t think it is worth the money.

Good location. Lobby outdated and charmless, rooms stink of mold and mildew, mold in shower, all room furniture and carpeting old and worn. No reason to stay here.

Hotel itself spectacular beautiful, looks luxury with bar in the lobby and restaurant for breakfast with amazing view. Rooms looks beautiful and spaced enough with nice furniture, but room was not vacuumed properly so nails from previous customer was everywhere on the floor. Hotel provides slippers and bathrobe that very comfy. Location is heart of the city, nothing can be better. Beautiful city and nice hotel. Looking forward for more stays in the future. Recommend
