An approved hotel but it is not well located. Possibly it is good if you come by car, but the footpath from the Hbf was anything but pleasant (even if it only takes barely 10 minutes). There is a bus line relatively close but far to the U-Bahn. The hotel itself is an approved hotel that is clean and seems well run, but nothing special in any respect. Breakfast gets approved, and when we were there there were plenty of seats regardless of when we ate breakfast so why the reception wondered about our breakfast times is a mystery.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Small rooms, but clean and neat. Limited restaurant options nearby, although there is a supermarket. The area has some homeless folks sleeping rough which is sad, but no problems. Felt safe always.

Room quite large and clean. Breakfast unfortunately disappointing. Nothing was seasoned, the same thing every day. Small selection of cheese and cold cuts. Not a particularly good location. There is no restaurant or bar nearby. The staff is very nice. Mattresses very hard, unfortunately not possible to get a good night's sleep without waking up with back pain. Too bad

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was very tasty.Our rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The only downer was that there was some rubbish consisting of old clothes in the stairwell, which was not removed.Otherwise a highly recommended hotel. Price performance top.

I had another great stay at Hampton Hamburg.Very clean, spacious rooms, efficient elevators, large parking spots (very reasonable price).Breakfast were sufficient, hotel area is quite clean and safe, hotel is 20-30 mins walk from the city center.Good place to stay for a few nights.

Unfortunately, our expectations of the hotel were not fulfilled. We got married on Thursday and started our honeymoon straight from the wedding. The room size was okay at 23 square meters. Unfortunately there were no shelves or a wardrobe apart from the cloakroom so we more or less lived out of a suitcase. There was no cooling facility for drinks, but we knew about it beforehand. The bed was high and nice and firm. However, upon arrival there was only a duvet measuring 2x2.2 m. When we asked at reception we were given a second heavy blanket of the same size. According to housekeeping, there are no smaller and lighter duvets 😒 The ventilation in the room can be switched off, but you can hear the system noises all night long, which can be quite annoying.The small shower room definitely lacks a radiator for a cozy feeling after showering and warmed towels.Now for breakfast, which was included 3 times in the price. 3x sticky rolls, 3x the same buffet selection of sausage, cheese, etc. The buffet area was quite narrow and therefore sometimes had to wait to fill cups and plates.What I found sad was the fact, knowing that we were newly married, that the hotel totally ignored it, which was a shame 😖On the next trip a competitor will definitely benefit...

The hotel is quite centrally located, the theater at the wholesale market is a 5-minute walk away. The hotel and the rooms are nice and modernly furnished. Our room was far too small for 3 people with the sofa bed folded out. In the middle there was still a suitcase as there was no one There is a real closet. More like a wardrobe with one compartment and a clothes rail with 4 hangers.Equipment: kettle, cups, tea + coffee, iron + board, TV, alarm clock. The bed was much too hard for me personally. If the sofa bed is folded out you can neither use the table nor the chair and you also have the window (balcony door). Hardly awake, which makes no sense for sleeping because it's damn loud. Our room was on a main road and on the railway line.Bathroom was ok in size. In the shower there is a dispenser with hair wash, conditioner, shower bath and a hairdryer. I missed cups for brushing my teeth. Everything was very clean.Parking in the hotel's parking garage costs 24 euros per day. What bothered me for the price was, firstly, the narrowness, secondly, at night, when you came and rang the bell, they simply opened the door without asking who you were and thirdly, it wasn't noted who was there Park, because there aren't tons of parking spaces. We came back at night and everything was full. That shouldn't be the case, with the parking fee at this level.You can really praise the delicious breakfast, there is something for everyone. You can even bake waffles and the staff is always clearing the tables, cleaning, restocking the buffet and very helpful.Attention, if you book through other providers, it's better to ask the hotel directly whether everything worked out. There were problems with us and the employees said that there are probably problems there more often.

Centrally located and modern rooms. What's really annoying is the constant ventilation in the room (even at night). This ventilation cannot be switched off in the room and unfortunately it robbed me of sleep. Even the hotel technician couldn't help because this forced ventilation is centrally controlled. It's a shame, because I really liked it otherwise.

Nice contact at check-in and check-out, the staff at breakfast was always a bit "stressed". The room was fine, unfortunately the bedside table wasn't dusted and the shower was constantly dripping. Otherwise, the price-performance ratio is absolutely fine, the breakfast is rich and sufficient.

Good hotel. There is a bus station right outside the door, direct connection to the city (directly to the Reeperbahn) bus 112 - good breakfast, everything available. About 15 minutes walk to the train station.
