The hotel is a boutique business. The employees are Turkish. I was generally satisfied. The only problem is the dog at the reception. I think it is a big problem for the hotel guests. It is a troublesome situation for those who do not like dogs like me. The same dog also enters and exits the breakfast room, so I did not eat or drink anything there. But My general opinions are positive.

Absolutely the worst and most dangerous hotel I have visited in my 64-year-old life, and that all the fire doors were set up with a door stop, which is totally life-threatening in the event of a fire, does not …

Phew. After I digested my initial shock, which was the location and the route to the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the space at first glance. However, that didn't last long. First of all, the equipment is cheap and some of it is simply broken or vandalized. Cigarette holes in the curtains, penis pictures on the window sill. The worst thing for me: it was cold. So really cold. The heating was on 5 and nothing happened. The bed is hard. I can only highlight the friendly reception positively. I was really happy when I left.

BEDBUGS!!!The hotel is very dirty, most of it looks like it hasn't been updated for a long time. A lot of stairs to climb with a suitcase. It was located in the Arabic district, so as a woman traveling alone, I no longer went out after dark because everyone was watching me there.!!! After reading the latest reviews on Google Maps regarding a bitten customer, I decided to check the mattress. I didn't have to look long to find first 2 dead BEDBUGS and then 3 live ones. After visiting the reception, the lady said that it was not possible because two other people had checked out of the room that day and did not report anything. So I invited (I think) the owner to see the animals with his own eyes. After the whole situation, I was changed to a new room, after renovation, but still dirty. There was garbage under the sink, clouds of dust on the floor, and the pillowcases smelled musty!!!There was little choice at breakfast and the cold meats were dry. You can choose something and eat it, but it's not crazy. The only advantage is 3 minutes walk to Lidl and Rossmann.

⚠️‼️ important thing ⚠️‼️On August 17th, 2024 I booked a room at the Drei Kronen Hotel in Münsterstrasse 70. There were two of us there and we booked 80 euros for one night. We arrived in the room and firstly we smelled smoke and there were 3 beds, 2 beds and one separate bed in room 106 and it collapsed between the mattresses there were crumbs from food and dirt and the blankets smelled my colleague fell asleep at first Dan I took a shower Dan went out and sat next to him Dan I was a bit itchy at the beginning Dan I was I looked at my colleague and he was really scratching his legs, his arms, his hands, etc. We went out and didn't think anything of it and wanted to help us further, said to us that the system actually said that the room in front of it was dirty, we wanted to call the boss who gave us the number after we called the boss said that he apparently wasn't the boss. Then we have the hotel again called the employee said he was calling him Dan said the boss to the employee why are you giving my private number to people like that be careful people and we demand our 80 euros back!!

We were booked with this hotel for the night of the Euros semi final so availability was scarce. We booked in October 2023 for 459 euros for a triple room (a high price for the quality of hotel). …
