Cheap flophouses and certainly not a 'hotel'. The walls feel like they are made of cardboard and there is noise in the house at all times. The furniture is simple, run down, worn and no longer up to date. It just smells unpleasant everywhere. I found it a bit scary that there were no rescue plans posted. But there were holders for fire extinguishers, only the extinguishers themselves were missing. Unfortunately, during the 5 days there wasn't even any staff in my room to clean or replenish daily supplies. I absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation!

More of a craftsman's guesthouse than a hotel!Rooms are very simply furnished, bed, closet and a TV that no longer has a TV program is not available. There is no staff on site! Room keys are available via a machine.

We rented the room in the evening and came to the hptel after 12.00 midnight. Normally it is written 24/7 service from 12.30 am till 3.30 am i coulsnt reaxh the apartmwnt and i had to rent new place. Ok i underatand if you dont work after 12.00 am thwn dont write 24/7 service. I vame from warsaw to Germany gortmund and i stayed in the middle of the strwet till 3.30 am. Why because i spoke 3 timw service agent from booking and they asked mw to wait evwry time for 30 minutes to get answer for mail from apartmwnt. At the end i hot andgry and thwy send me mail of compansation. Well ZERO TO G&L city apartmwnts and zero to bookings.

Terrible experience!My reservation made through B... was canceled at this "Hotel" 15 days before arrival with documentation sent, due to flight cancellation. Not accepted! Terrible attitude towards customers and their problems. The three nights' rate was collected in full. I recommend looking elsewhere nearby. I stayed in Dortmund in another structure that was clearly superior in terms of quality and price. The negative reviews are 100% true as I could see in person. B...... 👎 did not protect me as a customer G.... 🥴

Super for the price, no food /drink on premises but close walk. Would be nice with a little fridge and missing ac so room was warm in 31 july23. Recomended because of price size and good bed!+ free parking

Check-in and checkout via a machine that is easy to handle. Unfortunately then the positive things stop. You can overlook the fact that the room is small. However, you cannot ignore the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, you can't escape the bad smell from the bathroom, plus a toilet flush that doesn't really work properly, a shower head that's more than leaky, a shower curtain that has seen better days and the dirt under the bed isn't just from one day ! The one where you can easily push the beds apart and at least vacuum there. Then you expect a working bedside lamp, but none. Okay, maybe it was someone else who unplugged it, but what good is that if it's plugged in and the bulb is broken. Despite all the simplicity and simple price-performance ratio, certain basic functions should actually work. Cleanliness should be a given! Definitely not a repeat for me! Also no recommendation to friends who are looking for an overnight stay nearby from time to time.

Excellent location and very good quality/price ratio. Clean, quiet and spacious. The internet works well and you can park in front of the hotel. Best of all is the autonomous key, which allows you to manage yourself without having to talk to anyone. 10 points, highly recommended.

Check-in and check-out are easy using a machine in the entrance.Drinks machine at the entrance was almost empty.There are parking spaces on the street and in the backyard (signposted by the restaurant next door).Accommodation rather noisy. Room number 10 was fine (simple, clean), details below.Rooms are not wheelchair accessible as access to the rooms is only possible via stairs.Accommodation is good for one night.
