I stayed at this very cozy, family-run hotel for a short break with a friend and her daughter.It is in a wonderfully quiet location and yet central with everything you want to do nearby and within a few minutes' walk.The reception was extremely friendly with numerous tips included.We found our room in the attic to be surprisingly large when we entered, more like an apartment, spacious, clean, a little older, but cozy and with two separate sleeping areas (to the left and right of the living area), each with two comfortable beds.The breakfast is very extensive and every wish was fulfilled.The price-performance ratio is quite reasonable and we will definitely book again for our next vacation in Winterberg.Anyone who loves peace and quiet, values personality and wants to relax is in the right place at Haus Andrea and is guaranteed to be satisfied.We will definitely come back and send our best wishes to the nice operators of the Hotel Haus Andrea.

Rooms - pool etc. everything was very good.But the breakfast for €13.50 per person could be improved.There were days when replenishment was quick, and there were days when you constantly had to say something.Absolute NO GO - the dining room was still occupied by 5 people, guests had to constantly ask if one or the other could be refilled - and then the staff had breakfast and helped themselves to the already sparse breakfast.Breakfast time was still 30 minutes!First the guests - then the staff - that's how it actually works in the HOGA area.If you were to change that, it would be a TOP hotel with a TOP location!

Stayed for 3 nights to cycle in the area! What a nice hotel with friendly people. Hotel is located a 5-10 minute walk from the bustling Winterberg with nice pubs and restaurants. Maybe a bit dated but has a lot of charm and nice pool for relaxation. Would love to come again!

I made a reservation 2 days in advance. 4 people including 2 small children. We agreed on a price, it suited us for 1 night. The lady asked if we wanted two rooms in one or just one large one, we chose the first option, more convenient for a family. Once there, we received a small, cramped room, a large double bed and an extra bed. I asked the lady what it was, it wasn't what we agreed on, she just said double sleeping and that's it. We were there for the 1st and last time. Sorry

A small-scale hotel in an excellent location. A 5-minute walk from the ski slope and a 10-minute walk to the center.Rooms are spacious, it would have been better to make the room a bit smaller and the bathroom a bit larger.The room was not cleaned or provided with new coffee in between.In itself it did not bother us as we only stayed 2 nights.Breakfast was okay. Meat and cheese platter. Something for everyone.Staff were all very friendly.Highly recommended if you are going to do short skiing.

The hotel is okay but unfortunately not at all accommodating and fair. During my stay I tested positive for Covid-19 and we left so as not to infect any other people. You didn't even get the money from the breakfast you didn't attend (which you have to pay extra) refunded. When we asked on the phone on the evening of departure, we were told that the money from breakfast would be refunded. The next day we only received an email saying that nothing would be refunded. It's a shame that you can't rely on the spoken word.

Family-run house with a friendly landlady. We had booked an overnight stay to attend a concert.Our room was spacious with a balcony facing the street. It was pleasantly quiet as the house is in a residential area. The room had a shower room, which was tidy but a bit small. It was pleasantly clean, which contributed significantly to our feeling of well-being.The breakfast buffet was okay and stocked with the usual foods. There was plenty of fresh coffee and tea from the landlady.It was a short but pleasant stay at Haus Andrea

Close to the center of Winterberg, spacious room, warm welcome from the owners.Garage to store bikes with sockets for charging if necessary. Late check-in possible (room key in a secure box), possibility of requesting a late check-out (small additional charge).Extremely clean and pleasant.Indoor swimming pool to cool off from this pleasant September heatwave with all the amenities.We spent a pleasant weekend in this small resort (mountain bike and bike park).

Very quiet and cozy place. The rooms are comfortable with just enough space. The place is highly recommended, it is about 7 minutes walk from the center.
