The Hotel An der Persiluhr is a nice, fairly large city hotel in the center of Lünen, a 5-minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the shopping mile.The rooms are tidy and have everything you need (although I once had a bed that squeaked quite a bit when you turned over). There is also a sauna that can be used for a small fee. There is free parking in Hof.The breakfast is lovingly arranged and offers a really good selection (there's also vegan stuff!).The employees and especially the boss are incredibly nice people who are always - really ALWAYS - helpful and try to make things possible if you come earlier or later in the evening, etc.I've stayed there several times over the last 9 months for a seminar I attended in Lünen, and the second or third time it quickly felt like coming home.The only thing is that it can be a bit noisy at times, but that's simply due to the location and the hotel itself can't do anything about it.If I have to go to Lünen again, I will definitely come back here!

Simple rooms. Not even a bottle of water. Bathtub with shower curtain. Room cannot be darkened. In my opinion, the price/performance ratio here doesn't match at all.

So! In the middle of Lünen, very nicely located. Price, performance good for my standards, very good breakfast buffet. We liked it a lot. And check in there again on your next visit 😁

I stayed in this hotel over the year for further training at the hospital. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are well furnished. Parking is possible in the courtyard. ⚠️ for large vehicles. The space isn't huge, but it's okay. The breakfast is sufficient. You can always find something and if something is missing you just have to ask. There are various shops or options to eat or drink around the hotel. The city itself wasn't mine. The reception can be reached by telephone when it is not staffed and drinks and snacks can also be purchased there for a small fee. I can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. Of course you will always find something that doesn't fit perfectly. A clear recommendation for me.

Everything you need on the go and for a pleasant stay is in the immediate vicinity. Simply ask the hotel if you are looking for something specific. The lovely people are very familiar with the areaClean down to the smallest corner. The morning buffet is colorful and rich.
