I was there for one night because I was at the Ronan Keating concert in Sauerlandpark. The hotel is very nice and well located. You could easily walk to Sauerlandpark. The room was small but nice. You had everything you needed. The bed was great, slept like a baby which I rarely do in hotel rooms. The breakfast was super tasty, lots of choice and very sufficient. The staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. If I were to go to a concert again, I would always book there again.

Hotel check-in time is only from 5 p.m.! This was not communicated anywhere. Neither online, nor by telephone, nor in the confirmation email. Nobody could be reached by phone either. We are absolutely appalled by this service and our "problem" was not acknowledged in any way. We are now late for the planned celebration. Never this hotel again! P.S. no visa accepted...

We have been guests at Haus von der Heyde several times. Extremely friendly hotel staff, clean hotel rooms and the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. We always enjoy coming back!

A traditional house in Hemer. Run as a family business for 4 generations. Very nice boss. We'd love to come back.

You should stay away from family celebrations because there is no clear invoice and is therefore not understandable. Everyone present was very disappointed. The rooms were probably ok but otherwise I wouldn't recommend it.

A very, very nice hotel, super comfortable and the management was just great!! We felt so comfortable that we will definitely come back.
