Beautiful new hotel, modernly furnished & great breakfast with salmon, tuna salad, baked apple rings, rice pudding etc., centrally locatedWe just didn't think the 3-course menu at the associated Dorfalm was that great; it took 2 hours from service to the kitchen due to a technical error and was very average

Highly recommended. Very modern and renovated hotel with small but nice rooms. Large, clean bathroom with spacious rainfall shower. A pennant would have had to be hung out for room cleaning, which unfortunately our colleague didn't tell us at check-in. Only negative point.The breakfast shines with a huge selection, we didn't miss anything. Delicious scrambled eggs, Kaiserschmarrn, various cold cuts, fresh mint for tea and chocolate kisses. Just wow.The saunas can be preheated upon request, quickly and easily, everything is very new and with fresh sauna towels.

The hotel is centrally located. Our room was quite small and we didn't have a desk. Otherwise very clean. Shower, on the other hand, large and bright.

It's a nice, modern hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Due to the central location, many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Free parking space in front of the house.

The hotel is OK. what thatPrice-performance ratio wise, not far from the bike park.We had booked half board - there is still room for improvement here - it is a bit uncoordinated - sometimes a table should be ordered, then again not, on the first day there was a la carte - we were then informed that this does not apply to hotel guests, the next day the actual 3 course menu (very tasty!) with schnapps as an option if you can't manage dessert, the next day it definitely couldn't be like that, but instead of 3 courses again "pick something from the menu" 😀

Very friendly people perfect breakfast location is also good almost in the center. And the restaurant next door is tooVery good. Only the room we had was very small, we could barely sit on the toilet.

Very good value for a clean, modern, tastefully decorated room, with all good facilities. Made use of the lovely sauna downstairs . Didn't try the breakfast as it was not included.

It was my first time as a local to stay in a Winterberg hotel. An interesting experience. The Lodge Hotel is very centrally located and is in new condition. Great beds, bathrooms are large, functional and visually appealing. If you're still thirsty in the evening or need a snack, you'll find a well-stocked vending machine.The great breakfast exceeds expectations.Price/performance was very good. My tour group was very satisfied.

Rooms, hotel and restaurant with breakfast are great.Checking in at the reception was a bit complicated... I had to wait 40 minutes until the gentleman came to his workplace.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice.Room on the street side was a little bothered by noise, we were there in very warm weather so we kept the window open.The only downside is the afternoon coffee and cake that we could have.Coffee in the jug cold, fresh water lukewarm, a bit of a mess because there was no supervision.I would say improve or leave out the whole thing because it provides no added value.Too bad you can't dine in the hotel, but at the neighbors Dorf Alm (part of the hotel) the food was overwhelmingly delicious!!!

Great breakfast...great location...the rooms are good too...great mattresses and pillows.However, we were a bit unlucky. Room at the front of the street...very noisy. We also had the flagpole right in front of the window and it squeaked the whole time.I would book it again, but only with a room at the back.

Very nice hotel with super clean and great ambience. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing that was very loud and disturbing at night was that our room faced the street. Next time we will prefer a different site.Very nice and friendly employees!!!!We look forward to our next stay👍

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast room is very cozy, the selection is fantastic. The rooms are small, but sufficient and nicely furnished. The beds are comfortable. Everything was clean. We spent a weekend there. The only downer was the location of the room facing the street and the squeaky flag in front of the window. That was very loud and disturbing. If we came again, we would book a room at the back. All in all, highly recommended 👌The Dorfalm next door is part of it. There is Bavarian food there, which is ok, and huge pieces of cake. Everything there is designed in a rustic Bavarian style

Modern, well-maintained hotel. Room is nicely decorated and clean. Modern bathroom, nice sanitary facilities. The room is very warm and there is quite a bit of noise coming through the open window from the busy street in front of the hotel. The breakfast offers a lot of tasty options, really more than fine. The staff are friendly and helpful.
