Nice hotel, clean rooms, modern bathroom. Single beds, however, were a bit small and uncomfortable.Delicious food, friendly chef, friendly service, nice host.The town is small and very quiet, but has everything you need: shops, gas station, bars and a beautiful thermal bath, which are easily accessible on foot from the hotel.Overall a very nice stay.

I attended a basics seminar for a week and I have to be honest it was very disappointing. The rooms were very small and totally old fashioned. I would strongly recommend a renovation. The staff was very unfriendly. The hotel owner, on the other hand, was very helpful and friendly. Personally, I don't think the location is nice either. Without a car you're basically lost.

A top restaurant, I can't say anything about the rooms as we only went there to eat.Super nice waitresses, top service, it was very cozy inside, the food was top and very tasty, portions okay.We'd love to come back! Keep it up!

Went to a seminar at Haus Rasche for the third time.The staff was super friendly, just like the boss. The food was very tasty and completely sufficient, just like the breakfast.Only the rooms are in need of renovation, but they are always very clean. I'm already looking forward to the next seminar (October),And especially the game buffet.

We were stuck in Bad Sassendorf and, despite it being late, we were welcomed very kindly by the innkeeper. The food was great, the rooms were clean and tidy. The next day we were kindly driven personally to the airport by the innkeeper. Overall, a recommendable contact. If I'm ever in the area, I'll stop there again...

We always went here to eat. Unfortunately I have to say that the menu in the entrance area only had the dishes, unfortunately without prices. There we went again. I think that's a no go. We just didn't feel like experiencing a nasty surprise, price-wise.

Today on September 8th Stopped by the beer garden to have a little something to eat and drink. Two 0.3 beers were tapped stingily, below the calibration mark. After the foam head was gone, clearly visible. We haven't said anything yet. It was the same again with the second beer, where we politely pointed it out and asked us to fill the glass. Then the boss came out of the house, came up to us in a completely rude manner, stood up in front of our table angrily and, in his very unfriendly manner, said we were stupid, as if our four eyes were seeing completely the wrong way. The real kicker came at the end when we asked one of the waitresses if she could see that the beer was below the mark. To which she replied that we are guests who don't see what we're doing and we get upset about trivial things. She even didn't want to accept the tip (since we thought her service was ok). We have to be responsible for a kitchen with service ourselves, that would be like telling our customers that we only fill the cup of coffee 3/4 full , otherwise it would be too heavy to carry and it would be the guest's fault if it was overloaded. In any case, 15x 1 cm below the egg line makes a glass of beer at the customer's expense.
