Very nice hotel complex with a direct connection to the forest. Also very suitable for dogs. The sauna invites you to relax. Above all, the very good service is worth mentioning. The staff (whether at the reception, in the restaurant or the cleaning staff) are always nice, helpful and very accommodating.

A very nicely located hotel on the outskirts of town. There are sufficient parking spaces and a charging station for electric cars. Very friendly welcome and good first impression. The room is a bit simple and sober but the size is very good and everything is clean. The restaurant only offers a very select small selection, which is not enough for 4 days. The breakfast is very good and varied. The coffee selection is terrific. The service is very friendly and attentive. All in all a very nice stay.

We stayed at the Parkhotel for one night. We received a very warm welcome and were able to receive our room cards. The hotel is beautifully located, the room was very large and more than enough for 3 people. The breakfast the next morning was great, everything you needed was there. Vegetarians also had a good selection. We'd love to come back.

The staff were all very friendly and our room was great too. With half board we had a very large selection and there was something for me and the chef offered to fry me a fish because I am lactose intolerant and he showed me everything I could eat.The breakfast was also great for me too. I will always go there.

Food was very good, room was large but in a different building. You just had to go to the main building with a jacket to eat. Sauna great.

We come more often for 1-2 nights when we visit family. Our room requests are regularly fulfilled. We will continue to like to choose the hotel. The only small flaw: €15 per dog per night is a bit much.

A good hotel with tasty food and a nice sauna area.Room: clean, large, nothing to complain about. However, I think it's a bad habit to simply forego the summer cleaning without asking. In other hotels you are at least asked nicely if you want to go without, you get a free drink or at least karma points because the hotel then donates 50 cents to some charity. But here there is only a sign saying that there is no cleaning as standard (but you can get one if you wish). With all understanding for the lack of staff - cleaning is actually part of the room price, and simply leaving it under the table is a hidden price increase.Breakfast: Good selection, including non-standard products (e.g. vegan, oat milk). Small things could be improved, for example the tetra pack scrambled eggs (which is no criticism, they all have that) with a few small pieces of tomatoes, herbs or similar, so that it at least looks fresh. The fish is decorated visually beautifully, but there is no horseradish. The fresh egg dish is fried eggs - but in a 4* hotel you should also be able to have an omelet and theoretically even Eggs Benedict or something similar. But apart from these little things, very good breakfast and friendly staff.Dinner: There is a half-board buffet, which looked very tasty and if you didn't book it, you should pay 35 euros - a fair price for the amount offered / if you want several courses. We ordered a la carte, everything was very tasty, the schnitzel was not a convenience deep fryer product, portion/value for money was good. The restaurant team here is again very friendly.During the day: There is a self-service fridge (but still restaurant drink prices). It wasn't possible to get coffee in the afternoon, but the reception team spontaneously offered to get a kettle and a tea bag somewhere (it wasn't that important to us). Still weak. The sauna area/fitness room is large, winding (so it doesn't seem so big) and quite beautiful. Unfortunately nothing like water, tea, fruit or similar - if you want to drink something, you have to bring a bottle with you and fill it up at the tap if necessary :(Apart from the little things, it's a very nice hotel, we had a relaxing stay!
