The room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, dusty, the bed sheets had spots, like they hadn't been replaced... my toddler and I couldn't sleep, my husband slept itchy because the sheets didn't look like they had been replaced... Sorry, the cleanliness had to be improved... I should have stayed 2 nights, So it only lasted one night, in the morning I immediately moved to another accommodation. Thank You

At check in nothing was explained, no signature was asked for registration. I stayed here for a business trip and the secretary's mistake was that I booked only until July 31st which was supposed to be until August 1st and I didn't know about this until around 9pm when I returned to the hotel suddenly the hotel charged 25 thousand per hour calculated from check out time, 2x the travel agent charge plus you have to pay the room price for 1 night if you want to continue your stay WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE OR NOTIFICATION AND THERE ARE NO BLACK ON WHITE RULES THAT I SIGN. I understand the check-in and check-out procedures, but as I explained previously, I didn't know that my room was only booked until the 31st and the hotel did not confirm or try to call to tell me. During my stay from 8 to 31 July MY ROOM WAS NOT ONCE MAKE UP (CLEANED). I was planning to extend at this hotel because my business trip was extended, decided to leave and not continue staying here. VERY BAD!!!!

I have to pay additional charge 30k. It was really annoying since I had ever booked other hotel in the same apllication, but no one did like this. How worst is this.The shower cannot be used.

This place is in the corner of a luxury housing complex from the main road into an alley that can fit one car. Advice is it's better to ride a motorbike because there is a fairly high and winding incline, book via Agoda and get a promo room for 160k, only a small bed fits two people, the room the laundry is neat, clean, smells good, there is a cupboard and dressing table too, lots of television channels because I use Tranvision, there is a hot and cold water dispenser, there is a front room, the bathroom is clean, the hot water shower is also on, there are 1 towel, there is 1 prayer mat, the AC is on it's cold, the bathroom xsos is also on, the lack of toiletries like soap and shampoo, and at night there are a few mosquitoes hahaha. Overall, everything is okay, next time I want to try the bigger room because I went suddenly so I just booked what was still available, to get to the Grand Mosque, it takes around 35 minutes. Oh yes, there is a 100k deposit and ID card check.

The hotel with the worst location, I've checked the map, the point is correct but the hotel isn't there, people around say that here they often ask for the location of the hotel but it's not there. Maps are not compatible with cars and motorbikes but the location is still not there. The hotel number cannot be reached. What a scam. Be careful if you stay here, there are lots of reviews about the location which is not suitable and ultimately their money is forfeited!
