We had a really nice October holiday week with the great Stegen family. The Schwalbennest holiday apartment was sparkling clean, had everything you needed, very small and family-friendly facilities. Everything has simply been thought of. We really enjoyed the riding afternoons and the tractor tour with waffle baking and learned a lot of new things about animals and agriculture. The children were busy with chickens, horses, nature and mushroom-filled trips to the surrounding forests. Playgrounds, sandpits, balls and everything that smaller children will enjoy are adequately provided. The Katcars have been very popular. Many thanks to Barbara, Daniel and the sweet girls for the wonderful time with you. We'll definitely be back. Kind regards from Leipzig!

Very nice holiday with Daniel and BarbaraThe children didn't want to go home again.Were there at strawberry season and the self-picking field is right next door 😋Barbara really puts a lot of effort into riding the horses and takes a lot of time.The tractor ride through the country is always a nice get-together with all the holiday guests.Gladly again and see you soon.

We liked it very much. It's great there for smaller children. But even with larger ones, the proximity to the area's attractions is great.The apartment was great. The fun factor for the kids was great, which meant you could relax yourself.

We visited the holiday farm with our two children, 1 and 3 years old. The Stegen family gave us a very warm and friendly welcome; you rarely meet such friendly people. The farm had everything you could imagine - petting animals, tractors, playgrounds, etc. There is always something new to discover. Our Waldesruh apartment was newly renovated and super nice. Everything is well thought out and child-friendly (baby bed, child seats, children's dishes, etc.). In the morning there are fresh rolls on the door and eggs from the chicken coop. Everything was great, we'll definitely be back. Thank you for everything, family M.

It's always very nice there...no matter whether you're picking strawberries 🍓 or raspberries...there's even water to wash your hands if you need it...for small children there's now a small play area under the open sky...

After spending our family vacation in the Stegen family's beautiful property last year, we were very pleased that we had the pleasure again this year. However, a week longer! Our favorite apartment was newly renovated and left nothing to be desired! The apartment is sparkling clean and really equipped with all the important utensils. On the property there is a large adventure playground, cute bunnies, goats, peacocks and quails and chickens that provide fresh eggs every day! You can see all the animals up close! A dream for children! Likewise, the Stegen family is always coming up with new activities; from riding a pony to driving a tractor and baking waffles to harvesting your own potatoes! The entire Stegen family cannot be surpassed in terms of warmth! You always feel welcome and both always have an open ear! We can wholeheartedly recommend a holiday here! And one thing is certain; we'll be back!!! Thank you for the unforgettable wonderful time with you! You are doing a very, very wonderful job! Stay the way you are! ❤️

We were there for the first time today and picked our 🍓 ourselves. Super tasty 😋 and the lady in the shop was very nice. We will now always buy our strawberries there or pick them ourselves. Prices are great too. Highly recommended.

We went strawberry picking...The young lady at the scales and the girls next door at the farm ice cream were in a great mood and very nice.We also found delicious strawberries 🍓 - and snacked on a few 😋
