Very nice, lovingly furnished hotel, with a great breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is just a bit old, but everything is very clean. Rooms were well equipped e.g. with a soda stream, kettle, hairdryer and fridge. Very friendly owner, with top service. We particularly liked the snacks and drinks available in the lounge room. These were also free.

We looked for a hotel that was close to the train station and tank museum and came to the Kaiserhof.I'm really really excited!We travel a lot throughout Germany and abroad, but we have never experienced such great service, friendly and accommodating.The room is completely okay plus the fridge - other 4 star hotels can take a leaf out of it.The absolute highlight is the snacks/candy bar and the drinks.for free. What also needs to be mentioned is that you can put together packed lunches, regardless of whether you are still a guest or checking out.Really high praise!!! We won't have breakfast until tomorrow and we're already looking forward to it

Quite centrally located in Munster with plenty of parking spaces.I can't say anything about the rooms and the hotel operation as we were only there for breakfast. What was impressive here was the variety, the friendly and quick service and the friendly breakfast room. The price was calculated fairly. I can only recommend it and will definitely come back.

Very pleasant country hotel - room with 3 windows - large with TV and fan (remote control), soft bed and 2 pillows - quiet location although on the main road - large parking lot in the yard - check-in by telephone (wall safe key) took some getting used to in the 2nd attempt - explained in a friendly manner - Bathroom with light at the sink and no ceiling a bit dark but completely OK - breakfast 👍 huge selection, extra coffee pot per table - from cheese/sausage/fish/egg to minced meat to yoghurt and sweets - absolutely brilliant the lounge with free snacks etc (brand! )

The room is spacious, but unfortunately seems quite run down. Bed creaks and wobbles, cables and 3 sockets everywhere. Cleanliness is good, but the bathroom is far too dark and the shower is quite small, and several floor tiles are cracked and broken. The service is particularly friendly and helpful.

Check in works via a telephone number.Everything important was explained to you.Very unusually large selection of free snacks and drinks. There you could strengthen yourself first.The room was very quiet. The mattress was very soft, but had a very pleasant shape.There are enough parking spaces available.However, we found the overnight price to be on the upper limit for a city like Munster.

Small, nice hotel.The rooms are well equipped and very clean.The bedding is a little soft for my taste.The only small negative point is that no one was present at reception for check-in, you have to do it by phone... And for check-out no one either... I had to wait for someone to come. .. 🤐

A very nice and fine hotel. Very, very nice people, delicious breakfast, snack bar and drinks great. I missed the carpet in the room because I like to walk barefoot. But that would be complaining without a good reason. Therefore full marks.
