Hello guys… specially to new one who comes for a weekend or a month to stay in Braunschweig please go for it without any concerns.You will have everything here1- Cleaning very well maintained/weekly2- All the Kitchen appliances available3-Washing Machine available4- Car and Bike and Bicycle parking available5- Near by Lake is there to walk and run and exercise6- Bus Stop 4 minutes away by walk for cityI mean it’s very facilitating..The owner is also very welcoming and supportive in every way possible.

I stayed in the Boarding House in Marcherode for a month, and I can tell it was a really great experience. Apartment was extremely clean and they are cleaned weekly. There was everything I needed for my stay in the kitchen, so I only had to walk a few meters and buy my groceries in the EDEKA supermarket close to the apartment.There is free wifi, which it will be enough for casual internet use, but also option for daily/weekly/monthly vouchers for a full remote working experience.The manager, Ulrike, is very very friendly and customer oriented, and she was always ready to help with a smile in his face, that makes any stay there extraordinary. Thanks for you support Ulrike.It is in a quiet area south of Braunschweig where you can enjoy some nice walks, but you are literally 10 minutes driving from the city centre. As mentioned a supermarket is just 5 minutes walking, and couple of good restaurants in the nearby.

Parking and check in couldn’t have been easier, the room was impeccably clean, we asked for the fridge to be filled prior to our arrival, everything was perfect, nothing was too much trouble, great service, friendly and helpful staff, thank you for a smooth and stress free stay! We will be back next time we’re in the area!

Apartment in perfect condition. I had everything I needed during my stay during a business trip. The surroundings of the apartment are beautiful. The place itself is very clean and tidy, and the wifi connection is also very fast.

Amazing and quiet location with a beautiful Forrest and lake near by, fantastic apartments with everything that you need, full of natural light. The cleanliness is top! The team is super friendly and they help you with any further requests.

I've had room number 314 for three months. There's a lot of noise above me every evening from jumping, hopping and screaming and it's almost unbearable until 8:30 p.m. when you have to go to bed early and get up very early again. I will never continue to run my company like this again...

Super lovely stay. I can only recommend this place. Since I had to quarantine for 2 weeks and was not allowed to go shopping the reception helped me on the first day and showed me how to order groceries from the nearby Edeka.Home office was no problem at all using the wifi. The room gets cleaned once a week which is plenty and if you ever need new towels or anything else you can just ask. The staff is super nice and helpful. I have had no negative experiences in all my stays. The price is fair especially for the service.I have tried other places but from now on will only choose this one.

Very good consruction.The type c is 66m2 apartment with a small kitchen. Weekly cleaningvery quiet location. limited connectivity with the city centre ( 2 buses every hour). On Sundays only 1 bus every hour.Free wifi but the signals are not very strong in top floor.Washing is available at 4 euros per use and 2 euro for drying per use.Management is very professional they charge even for a drinking glass ( 3 euros) despite I gave 7200 Euros for my stay of 11 weeks
