We stayed here for one night (in September) because there was a concert within walking distance.Very spacious room! Nice color scheme, comfortable beds.A kitchenetteA bottle of water and 4 coffee capsules were included in the priceDishes, pots etc. availableThe room faced the main street, so it wasn't completely quiet (we sleep with the window open) but sleeping wasn't a problem at all.

Good transport connections, very good soundproof windows, clean.Actually everything is great, but:- Musty smell in the bathroom, apparently connected directly to the sewer system, perhaps a structural defect, at night the sewage drain noises from other apartments could be clearly heard- The bed is undersized at 140cm wide and not suitable for 2 people- Nespresso is nice, sugar and creamer would be great

One of the best places I have stayed in Germany, the places is very modern and clean (although in my last stay the apartment did not looked that clean, but times before it was, seem is something they have to recover), places is very good for work travels, locations is good as there is a tram station right infront and tram takes you to the center. Easy to access and very good assistance no matter the time. Place I will totally recommend to stay in.

Good afternoon, I would like to leave a review about the stay at ipartments. I lived in Braunschweig I lived there a total of 7 and a half months (February, July-November) To start with the pros: easy booking system, managers were always ready to help with this issue, good neighborhood, modern design, everything was comfy. Now for the cons. I agree with other people: cleaning is very bad, I lived in 5 different rooms, half of them were in bad condition, broken refrigerator doors, poorly working TV, destroyed kitchen table. About the table, I lived in an apartment with a bad table, and 6 months later they billed me that I scratched it for more than 250 euros, I argued with them for a long time, but they considered it normal. Starting in August something strange started to happen, they stopped cleaning at all. Cleaning consisted only in the fact that they made the floor a little wet, but did not even wash under the bed, wash the shower and change towels. That was it! They didn't clean the kitchen, the table, or take out the trash. And when I checked out, I left some things in the closet and some garbage, because I did not have time for the plane (emergency departure) for what I was billed 100 euros, because of which I argue with them for more than 3 weeks, by the way for these 3 weeks they never returned me my deposit of 1500 euros!!!! I have brought them during my stay there more than 9000 euros, but they stubbornly argue with me without proof for 350 euros, GREAT ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS. Sorry but I will not go back there again.

According to the name it's supposed to be something like an apartment...but it's not. It is a hotel room with a bed that completely fills it. The kitchenette is located in the hallway against the wall. A narrow table at the edge and a small armchair, that's it. Not even a shelf for the suitcase.I was a bit disappointed because I was supposed to spend a few weeks there. By the way, the “Do Not Disturb” sign can be found on the pin board at the entrance. The cleaning service, which is imposed on you (tentatively twice as much as actually scheduled), is also mediocre as a hotel, especially if you don't want it. Supposedly to ensure the value of the inventory... strange argument when you know that there are colleagues whose rooms weren't cleaned because they didn't hand in the note for this. Open and honest communication was probably the wrong decision here. It can also be assumed that those responsible briefed the cleaning staff as promised to be particularly hygienic - they knew NOTHING!By the way, the same piece of paper that is to be handed in also wants a signature that everything worked here and was in order when it was referenced. Legally questionable...And leaves you with the feeling that you have to pay for everything that happens to break while you're there... And according to colleagues, that can be a lot: dishwasher broken, heating roaring, ventilation working, poorly functioning Toaster, little pressure in the shower, WiFi kept not working... but you have 24 hours to try everything out... whether blemishes on the floor are included, I have no idea. Whether you want the caretaker to constantly knock on your door in the morning... It would be best if there weren't so many things broken, I think.Speaking of broken...The key card always doesn't work when the system for the doors (which an older or weaker person could only open with difficulty, unfortunately there are no electric openers) is offline and that's over 70 percent of the time Time like that. Then you need your code. It is questionable why these cards exist at all and it is even more questionable why the staff is well informed about this situation when asked, but does not consider it necessary to point out to the guest somewhere that they will be locked out if they use their personal pin not knowing. Also typical of a hotel, if someone stays overnight it costs an extra 5 euros. Not a hotel at all, however, was the answer to a second blanket because I was cold last night. I should buy a second blanket (??!!). After I didn't let myself be brushed off and had to swear that it wasn't for visitors, even though I was prepared to pay the extra charge for it (I alone apparently have no right to an official second blanket, the madness of German bureaucracy) , I got one after all.Regarding the kitchenette, for being otherwise so over-correct: The window must remain open when cooking, otherwise the fire alarm will go off and you have to pay the fire brigade costs! I have no idea how people solve it in the winter, whether they cook in their coats. There are 2 hotplates. NO oven, but a mini dishwasher. At least there are cutlery, knives, cutting boards... but bring a pasta strainer, for example!Unfortunately, there was NOT an isolated case of a refrigerator in the kitchen that was always the same cold and always the same LOUD regardless of the setting... I heard it despite wearing earplugs. It also sounds a bit like an old engine...Conclusion: Too bad service and too many flaws for a hotel, too few amenities for an apartment and too few rights to privacy.BUT: The bed was at least very comfortable!I hope there isn't a long-winded justification like I've already seen here. It's best to accept criticism and work on yourself.

First visit to the IPARTMENT Braunschweig and certainly not the last. CheckIN and all digital communication (check in PIN code) went absolutely smoothly. The guest is also contacted in advance by telephone, which is very commendable.Parking was provided in the parking garage (less than 100 meters away), absolutely exemplary. The room looks fresh, modern, every m² fulfills its purpose. Maximum capacity for 1 person, suitable. The modern bathroom with a spacious shower should be highlighted. The kitchenette is also modern and perfectly tailored to every m². The welcome set with coffee and soft drinks is also very welcome.Blinds provide almost perfect light/noise coverage.Only the WiFi wasn't perfect but had a few weaknesses here and there. Mei. However, our own mobile hotspot was able to bridge this. The open space or lounge or work room on the ground floor is a great added value. In addition to a coffee machine, you can also make yourself comfortable at a desk or sofa.I'll be back, but in the XL apartment.
