My husband and i recently visited Berlin for the first time and also it was our first time taking an apartment like this. I must admit i was a little nervous about the check in process , getting keys etc. Well there was no need to be nervous. It all worked out brilliant.Firstly i received a message that we could check in earlier than planned which was great as we had been traveling overnight. We were met at the check in point by a very nice young man named Greici, who then proceeded to show us our allocated apartment which was in a building across the road from the check in point.He explained about the keys ( 2 sets) , the elevator etc. we were on the 7th floor. Beautiful big bright room with big bed and lockers at one end and a living dining area at the other. the kitchen is compact but fully functional and very well equipped, toaster, kettle, full hob, full oven fridge. Plenty of pots and pans and crockery. I was not planning on cooking too much, just breakfast. I was on my holidays. i was surprised and pleased that they even provided wash up liquid and dish towels, tea, coffee, pepper, salt and even some toiletries in the bathroom.Bathroom was bright and clean. Everything was lovely and clean bed linen, towels etc.We had a great view from our balcony. This apartment is also in a great location. There is a very well stocked supermarket just down the street and it is within walking distance of Checkpoint Charlie, the west wall and museum, Brandenburg gate, restaurants etc. We are both in our sixties and were able to walk a lot as Berlin is very flat. If you do not want to walk then it is very near to an u ban station or a bus stop.We spent 5 days in Berlin at this apartment and LOVED it and I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family and if I am ever lucky enough to return to Berlin i will absolutely 100% stay here again .Thank you Greici for all your kindness and help and A&B for a wonderful stay in BerlinRegards Marylin and David Barry ( Ireland)

The shower is the worst part as it keeps randomly switching from hot to cold water and we kept getting burned on the skin.Wifi was so bad it couldn’t be used, kept disconnecting and when it was connected it was so slow you couldnt open a google page.The door wouldn’t open, it takes about 10 minutes to open the apartment door each time.No clean kitchen essentialsThe whole building is dirty and brokenElevator worked for the first time when the guy showed us the apartment but afterwards the elevator just didnt work at allEverything is pretty dirty in the apartment and im not sure it was cleaned.Would not recommend to anyone looking to have a chill time in Berlin.

A very clean and comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with washing machine. Two balconies. The sofa bed in the dining room was a little hard to sleep on. With supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and close to the Check Point Charlie stop.

By far the worst apartment I have used whilst I have travelled across 24 countries. Booked the apartment months in advance.On the day my wife and I arrived, they did a "bait and switch". We met at the address listed on booking confirmation, only to be taken across the block to another apartment.We then had to walk through a dodgy building and elevator, where we were eventually shown "our apartment". It was not the apartment we had booked, and upon complaining to them and they deliberately delayed responses.We were "assigned" a different apartment to what we booked. The apartment was very poorly maintained, dirty, and severely lacked maintenance. The building itself was very unsafe in the evening in the absence of any working light as you come up the elevator.To make things worse, we caught people sent from the business lingering outside the front door on multiple occasions.Stay FAR away from this business. Far away.The worst accommodation and experience checking in I have ever had.

Good apartmentFor two people it has everything you need, bedding, towels, plates, glasses, cutlery, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker with filters, toaster, large bed.It has a Lidl and an Edeka nearby.The area is quiet.The heating is going well.The bad thing is the hot water in the shower to regulate it, which suddenly burns very hot and then very coldThe tap water does not come out with pressure in the kitchen.They only leave you gel for one day even if you stay for several days.Kitchen paper, a half roll.The light on the stairs did not work, which was quite uncomfortable to go up and down and to see on the landing.

Apartment in Kreuzberg very central, 10 minutes walk from Checkpoint Charlie. The litters are very comfortable and the fact is that we have had a very good time as a family.Perhaps as an improvement and that would greatly improve the image, it would be to renew the entrance to the building, which is very old.
