Very nice four star hotel. There are many local dry feet within the hotel complex. The hotel also has direct access to the indoor ski hall, where you can ski quite well. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet is sufficient and good. You can also look directly into the ski hall while having breakfast. Everything is barrier-free.

Large, spacious, almost luxurious rooms, bathrooms that live up to the name - WiFi, plenty of parking, nice reception... traveler, what more could you want! Everything fine

This shop is obviously starving. The rooms are nice. Had the alpenglow. But way too expensive for this area. When you check in you are then persuaded not to have the room cleaned. In return you get a voucher for a welcome drink (4.90). If you then order a glass of wine, this cannot be offset because the voucher is only for beer. A no-go for me. Not for this price.

We had 2 incredible days - not least thanks to the first-class and unparalleled service from Ms. Anny Klippel at the reception.Actually, the beginning of our vacation didn't have a good star. Because the parking lot directly in front of the hotel was closed, we had to walk a long way with our luggage from the parking lot next to the ski hall. Luckily we had a handcart with us. The check-in was cordial and went smoothly. We were just about to settle in comfortably in the admittedly tastefully furnished but tiny tree chalet room (a closet for clothes would be great) when incredible screaming was heard from the room next door. The chalets are like semi-detached houses and seem very noisy... A family with 2 small children, one of them an infant, moved in right next to us. Ok.we turned the TV up a little and hoped the baby would calm down. We only book a short vacation once a year because it's not possible otherwise. But the baby continued to cry incessantly, also extremely shrilly, so that it went right through you. My sister, newly pregnant herself, was worried about her sleep and her recovery. So she went to reception, hoping another treehouse might be available.Ms. Klippel was extremely understanding and checked availability. Unfortunately all the treehouses were occupied. But she immediately offered us an alternative as compensation and went with us to the suite. When we saw it, we couldn't get our things out of the tree house fast enough 😅 Look at the pictures and you'll see why. These were by far the best 2 days in a long time!! I will definitely book the suite next time. It's so cozy and luxurious! We had a sauna in the tree chalet, but here we had a great panoramic view, a large bed, a whirlpool tub, a shower with side jets and a large rain shower, an ethanol fireplace, a guest toilet, several flat screens and tables, a radio in the bathroom and even an Aquaclean shower -WC.It was simply phenomenal 🥰🥰🥰🥰Without Ms. Klippel's commitment and her extreme courtesy, we would never have had this unique experience and would probably have come away from our vacation extremely unrested and disappointed.Everything was very well maintained and clean, even outside the room. We will definitely come back and recommend it 🥰🤩THANK YOU Anny Klippel, you are so great. Thank you for the wonderful experience💃Ps: The breakfast should be revised again. We would have liked to have breakfast, but for €49 per person per night??? For people who only eat a coffee, a roll with scrambled eggs, bacon and maybe a croissant, it's just overkill.

We spent four nights there because the rooms in Düsseldorf were fully booked. The route by car to Düsseldorf was very practical. There is a parking lot on the property where you can park every day for €5. In general, the hotel's facilities and service are quite good, but I expect a little more from a 4 star hotel: we forgot the shower towels, the cleaning lady left her cloth in our room for two days, and the safe didn't have it works (they didn't know why after we waited half an hour for someone to look at it, even though we were pressed for time because of an appointment and had to leave) and we didn't receive our water. Not extremely bad, but very annoying... For the price I would probably book somewhere else next time.Edit: I'm subsequently reducing the rating for the service by two stars. The hotel wanted to get back to me by phone the next day after I asked for an invoice several times by phone and email. Apparently they can't issue an invoice (if you book through a third party). That's one thing, but the fact that they simply don't call back to tell me this in person is just customer-unfriendly.

1 star, unfortunately it can't be less - you would like to be a 4-star hotel; However, it is nowhere near this level. We would like to give away a night in one of the tree chalets... Unfortunately the hotel is not able to issue a voucher. This is only available online and for printing. It's unspeakable that there isn't an exquisite voucher for it, given the price is over €300. Not only is this extremely weak and unprofessional, but it also doesn't result in a deal.

We stayed at the Fire & Ice Hotel during the Easter holidays in occasion of a family trip to Duesseldorf. We had booked a so called "Tree chalet", all very nice and clean. Staff extremely friendly and prepared. We would definitely go back there. :)
