Nice little guesthouse with modern rooms. Less than 10 minutes to Heidepark Soltau. There are charging stations from the Soltau municipal utility within walking distance. The kebab house "Salame's" can also be reached in a few minutes. We can highly recommend this 👌🏻The breakfast is good value for money and has a good selection.The guesthouse's rooms are a bit old, which makes it a bit noisy. But this didn't bother us.Overall, we would love to come back 😃

I will probably book this guesthouse again for my next business meeting.Room is very clean,Breakfast buffet is sufficient and good,Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day.The location itself is good, unfortunately there is a football field next to the hotel and therefore you can only expect peace and quiet late in the evening.It's also a shame that the guesthouse has a bar, but it's not open.

Clean room, nicely decorated. Since the guesthouse is located right next to the soccer field, parking spaces are in short supply during training or games. Breakfast was okay - €10 per person. Proximity to Heidepark Soltau is great - you could even walk.

We booked two rooms for one night and are thrilled. We stayed in a 3 star hotel in Hanover three weeks ago and it wasn't nearly as good as this guesthouse. Clean, modern rooms. Comfortable and large beds. Sufficient bathroom.Well window is broken and doesn't open properly but you don't need that because there is air conditioning. This is really worth its weight in gold in these warm temperatures and we sorely missed it in Hanover. We will book again when we are in the area

The guesthouse is a slightly older building that has been tried to give it a modern appearance on the inside. The room we had had a broken window that couldn't be closed properly. It was quite cramped as we also needed a cot. Unfortunately, booking the cot here requires a fee, otherwise this would have been provided free of charge. That's why I'm only giving one star for the service and because of the breakfast we booked but didn't use, which we didn't get reimbursed for. Our child had a very high fever during the night, which is why we had to go to the hospital. Since we were just passing through, we decided to drive straight home after the hospital. The guesthouse is fine for one night.

New room, clean, as well as all the facilities, satisfactory coffee, after walking around the city, we arrived at the thirsty room, what was the surprise the lady said that there was no water for the guests.Here's a tip, when you're there, don't forget to buy water before returning to the hotel, as there isn't any there.

Price performance great... there is a great bar there, a completely adequate breakfast and very attentive staff... I can't understand one of the comments here at all... yes there is a football field there but it doesn't bother you at all... ...beautifully located by the forest...if you want luxury then you have to invest more, but we really liked it for the small budget, everything was made with a lot of effort and love, that's more than enough for a short vacation

It's a shame, things are advertised that don't exist. We booked separately because it said you could relax at the bar in the evenings, but it doesn't exist. You get a call twice in the afternoon telling you when you're there, even though we were on time perfectly, and then the key was left in the safe. No bar, nothing more to drink. There is a sports field right next door where the club plays very loudly. That wasn't in the description either. Breakfast costs just under 10 euros per person, but you get good, cheap buttered toast and salami. The kitchen helper is the only one there, doesn't understand a word of German and doesn't know how the coffee machine works. Too expensive for little offer.I came from 15 years in the catering industry and was horrified. The emergency exit is lined with shelves. People kept knocking on the room until you opened it, even though you shouted "no" several times; there was no sign that you could hang on the door.We are so disappointed. Next time again Heidepark Adventure Hotel

I booked a room for one night and became onesent to another address. You would have to go to Neue Straße 18 in Soltauanother house with rooms that has been completely renovated.The key was stored in a safe, everything was ok. I entered this house and was surprised that the front door couldn't be closed (everything was taped). The room was new and nicely furnished. When I asked over the phone, I was told that the door couldn't be closed at the moment, but that it wouldn't be a problem, my room is lockable. There was also another guest in the house, but I neither saw nor heard him. In short, I've had a bad and sleepless night and I'm wondering how you can even rent out a room like that when everything isn't ready yet and the safety of the guests isn't guaranteed.

Great accommodation!The rooms are clean and incredibly beautifully decorated. The employees were super nice and accommodating. The thermal baths and restaurants can be reached very quickly on foot and the Heidepark is also close by.All in all, highly recommended!

Positive:- the price- WiFiNegative:- the heating hardly works or not at all- You can hear every noise from your neighbor E.g. Quote "Here's another skid mark from you" End of quote- The rooms aren't really fancy, the will was there, but nothing more. More botched than anything else- I was able to leave one day early, unfortunately there was no way to get paid back for the last night.- There are still stains on the towels- The beds and bed linen need to be washed properly. This smells something and not pleasant.- The suction in the bathroom doesn't work either.- Next door there is a football field where training takes place. It could also get a little louder. The hotel car park is also used by football pitch users

A very nice guesthouse with modern furnishings and close to the Heidepark.We booked 3 nights including breakfast and we really liked it.The room was modernly furnished, with air conditioning, heating and a balcony.The location is slightly outside the city center of Soltau but is also within walking distance.The Heidepark is 4-5km away (approx. 7 minutes by car).The breakfast was sufficient but with a large selection of cold cuts.Gladly again!
