Believe me, I really searched hard to find a rude, incompetent employee. No chance. I felt completely comfortable, a bit mothered, wishes are really read by the eyes here. It was a fantastic, perfect stay. Didn't want to go out because the hotel is very, very nice. Eating in the restaurant is an experience. Thank you for this great stay.

Was a guest at the Classic Rallye Augsburg, the café could be better and the price was cheaper, a shame

Suite also very nice and spacious. Bathroom attractive. Wellness area small but nice. I used the sauna. Breakfast buffet also good. There was everything your heart desired. Nice hotel with very spacious rooms, but I still thought a 5 star was missing. The towels in the shower were rather thin and a bit worn out (actually that's not possible for a 5 star hotel), the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space in the closet.Friendly check-in and check-out, breakfast has everything your heart desires. But as I said, the overall impression for me was not a luxury 5 star and therefore too expensive.
