The apartment is very nice, the only thing missing is the parasol on the balcony. For people with disabilities, the route to the front door is not ideal. Thank God our apartment number 3 is on the same level as the front door. The apartments above can be reached via stairs. No elevator available. The path to the house is very steep. If you come by train you should take a taxi or line 27. The bus stops at Klünderberg very close to the entrance to Villa Mönchgut. The Bäderbahn doesn't stop that far away either.

The apartment is ok so far, but we have experienced much better facilities. For the price I actually expect a well-equipped kitchen. The cupboards here are almost empty.🫤. Parking spaces far away. The television is hardly usable for the price as it runs on satellite and there are only glitches. If you rent for three people, there must also be three balcony chairs, but unfortunately this is not the case. Otherwise it's ok, but I've experienced better

The apartment was ok. Unfortunately, the description didn't mention that the path from the beach was 80% incline and up to 11% and a little more. If I had known beforehand, the apartment would not have been an option. Because I am 90% disabled. I couldn't get to the apartment on foot or by bike. My wife had to pick me up in the car.

A beautiful house. Unfortunately there is no parking space directly at the house. Apartment is also equipped with everything you need and clean. Dog friendly.
