We had one of the slightly set back holiday apartments in the low season. So we had the advantage of self-catering, but could also have breakfast there if we wanted. Super centrally located, very friendly service and well-equipped, clean rooms.A bit noisy - like in all accommodations in Binz.Definitely recommended!

A vacation from everyday life without missing any comfort.Central yet quiet location, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and the pier.Cozy and very clean accommodation in traditional spa architecture. With wind and waves you can hear the sea!Exceptionally charming, friendly and helpful hosts.Great value for money.My first but not last stay in this hotel.

The Hotel Meeresgruss is located in close proximity to the beach promenade and the Baltic Sea. The town center with many restaurants and small shops can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean and well maintained, the breakfast is rich and very good. Our stay in Binz on Rügen was very nice. Many thanks to Julia and Thomas Adrian, who pass on their dream of owning their own hotel to their guests with a lot of passion and attention to detail. We felt very comfortable with you and would like to thank you again for everything you did to make our vacation pleasant. We will be back and can recommend this hotel 100%. Jürgen & Patricia

Multiple perpetratorsUnfortunately you can't give more than 5 stars.We stayed at Villa Meeresgruss for the second time and made a reservation request for our third stay. The hotel is ideally located in the center, 2 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the pier - perfect! and still wonderfully quiet in the evenings.The welcome and service during our vacation was unique! For us, the Adrian family are model hoteliers who fulfill the role of host perfectly. Always friendly and approachable for tips such as restaurants etc.This is how we imagine a perfectly managed hotel.The villa has been beautifully renovated with love and attention to detail and is simply a gem. Everything was well maintained and very, very clean.Our room was beautiful. Very clean and very nicely decorated. Good beds and mattresses, enough space in the room with seating, storage space, large closet with safe. A magnificent veranda where you can almost get lost, also with very nice seating areas.We particularly liked the fact that the guest can decide for themselves how often the room should be cleaned and towels changed. A small contribution to environmental protection is better than none at all.Breakfast is also of outstanding quality. Everything you need for a good start to the day is there. Always fresh and always carefully refilled. Here too you can feel the good mood and friendliness of the hosts.Thank you for a fantastic holiday, all the best and see you next year.

We were warmly welcomed. Our room with balcony is tastefully decorated. The mattresses on the beds are very high quality. The breakfast was varied and lovingly prepared every day. If necessary, you will receive tips for excursions. Thank you very much for the relaxing holiday.

We spent four nights in this Villa and we loved every minute of it! The best was the size of the suite and the balcony. The hosts were cheerful and helpful all the time. We will definitely come back!

The hotel is located just a few meters from the beach and was built in 1902.The couple who run this hotel are very friendly, helpful and attentive, so that as a guest you feel very well looked after, almost like a family.The room is well furnished and very well maintained.The breakfast is rich and there is something for every taste.The price-performance ratio is very good for this location.There are several options for good food in the surrounding area.I can therefore highly recommend it without reservation.

Are “repeat offenders”. If you are looking for a guesthouse that is absolutely clean and cozy, that is fairly close to the sea (you can hear the rustling), where the owners are very welcoming and the breakfast in the morning puts you in a good mood... then I can only recommend “Villa Meeresgruß”. recommend.

It is a very nice hotel in a great location with lovely hosts. The beach is a stone's throw away. We had a double room with a balcony, bathroom with shower and a parking space at the hotel. The breakfast had everything you need to start the day.Thank you.

I got a room there at short notice for 3 nights. The owners are very friendly and easy to talk to. The room was big enough. The bed was too comfortable, you always had to force yourself to get up, the bathroom was a bit cramped for me , but that's because of my gut. The breakfast was great, the best scrambled eggs I've ever had, rolls fresh from the bakery, 3 yogurts, some fruit and fresh fruit salad, there was enough choice of cold cuts, the coffee was good.Checking out was very quick, and a large amount of water from the "minibar"...1.30 that's nothing.I'll try to book there again next time.

Only 50 meters from the sandy beach in Binz, great location! The host couple was very friendly, the apartment had everything you needed, was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was also perfectly fine. Would go back at any time!

Built in 1902. Beautiful wooden balconies. Has a bit of New Orleans flair. Room great. Lots of peace and quiet at the hotel. Short walk to the beach. Gladly and again at any time
