We were there at the end of August 2024 and cannot recommend this apartment house. The owner was not on site and difficult to reach. You can't stand the location at an intersection, too much traffic that starts very early in the morning. The furnishings are outdated, the sofa is either sitting in a hole or on a board and there are even stains on the sofa. The cushions on it should be replaced. The ceiling lights are yellowed and not nice to look at. There are thousands of fingerprints all over the doors and even on the dining room chairs - I don't know if they were ever cleaned. The apartment door was broken and you could no longer lock the door. The owner looked at it but didn't do anything. There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom and when you opened the shower door it smelled like a sewer. A make-up mirror once existed, as you could see, because the device was still there. Instead of attaching a new one, a small additional mirror was attached to the bathroom mirror, but that had nothing to do with a make-up mirror. The refrigerator was missing a glass plate to place purchases. The owner had provided it to us but was surprised by it himself. You really have to say that the price-performance ratio is not at all too expensive for just nothing. We won't be coming back because there are nicer accommodations.

Very great apartment with comfortable beds. Approx. 250 meters to the beach and promenade. Washing machine and dryer in the basement (2 euro fee). This means you can take your laundry clean with you straight away. House a little noisy, but absolutely quiet in the evenings. We were basically on the beach all day and had great weather.We'll definitely be back.

Very nice apartment. Large bright rooms, clean. Everything you need is there.Good location. You can quickly get to the promenade and the beach. Shopping nearby and nice restaurants too.The landlord is very nice, everything went smoothly. The key was left so we could get into the apartment straight away.If Binz again, then in the “little Falken”. 😃

Liked:- the quiet but central location- Size of the apartment- cozy wall and room design- Parking spot- ElevatorDidn't like:- missing equipment such as: Wooden spoons, cooking rags, egg spoons, cake forks, shoe racks or shoe drip trays (especially in rainy weather- partially damaged or very worn equipment such as: E.g. knife block (knife partly rusted and bent), tea towel (totally holed)- Number and quality of towels could be increased- The rack in the oven was very unclean, unfortunately no baking paper was found... you don't want to bake your rolls here...- Smoke detector fell from the ceiling during the night- Dirt trap runner in the entrance area was not cleaned for 5 days... (Baltic Sea sand in rainy weather)Conclusion:There are too many “didn’t like” points for my tasteto be able to give a better review. The price of €164 per night + €65 final cleaning led us to expect better.

The apartment was super nice, spacious and equipped with everything you need. It was very clean. Above all, the location is excellent, just a few steps to the beach and promenade. The pedestrian zone, the nearest bakery and the Edeka are only 8 minutes away on foot. So you can take care of yourself completely if you want. There is even a dishwasher. Children and four-legged friends are very welcome.The landlord is very nice and accommodating. It doesn't get any better. I can really recommend the apartments. The price-performance ratio is also right. Certainly a good choice for a successful holiday in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

From start to finish everything went smoothly and easily. The apartment was very clean and stylishly furnished. Even though the house is in a very busy part of Binz, I always had peace and quiet in the apartment.I can recommend the apartment house 100%.

WOW..a great stay in Binz in the Kleiner Falken! Very modern and clean apartment. Great location and very accommodating hosts. The seagulls were sometimes a little loud but the wide sea brings that with it 😉
