Absolutely to be recommended. We received a very warm welcome with our two children and received great tips for trips with children. Our apartment was very nicely and secretly furnished. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook yourself. Everything was very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much for the lovely stay.

Nothing is missing here. The apartment (Hörnle) is cozy and very modern. Both the apartment and the whole house are very clean. The location on the edge of the residential area is great because it is quiet and you have a great view. We felt welcome as a family of four (children 2 years / 3 months). Our older daughter was welcomed into the apartment by a few games and a cuddly toy. Of course there was great joy 😉. The breakfast was very tasty and there was something for everyone. We also loved the uncomplicated check-in with the access card stored in the KeyBox.

Very bad experience, rooms are damaged as well as very dirty. Contact with the staff is difficult and constructive criticism is not accepted or acknowledged.

The exclusive inclusion is not a given. Had 2erw. 1 child booked for 2 days left after one night due to illness. Accommodation of part of the costs or something similar was refused. The room was also very dirty for the exclusive, crumbs, dust, missing silicone strips, open cans, holes in the wall, spinning threads at a height of 2.20 m, extremely dusty cupboards, mirrors smeared like dirty dishes, furniture partly optically strong, goods were dissatisfied twice as both times. The previous communication was often cheeky, rude and arrogant and the information on the website was too real when it came to offers etc. All in all, more than disappointing. We have experienced better, cheaper, high-quality offers in Albstadt. We go there often and will not book this facility again.We weren't asked at all if everything was okay. The next day there was a lady who told us that the boss wasn't there, she would be there at 10 a.m. She said that she should get in touch so that an agreement could be reached. We went back to the property in person shortly after 10 a.m. but we were angrily brushed off. Such service and condition are inadequate for me. My wife was often rudely asked that although the discounted prices were on the internet, they were not yet valid.

We were guests in the Alb Appartment for two days. And we were completely thrilled: our apartment had every comfort and very successful, stylish furnishings and furnishings. The full fridge was very practical, and the nice weather meant we could also enjoy the large terrace with a view of the Swabian Alb. In addition to the light-flooded seminar room and the stylish show kitchen, we also really liked the Albhütte, where you can celebrate in small groups or bake bread under supervision. The location of Alb Appartment is ideal for taking advantage of the many leisure activities in the region (currently the garden show in Balingen). All in all: a real experience with very friendly hosts that we will definitely treat ourselves to again soon!

The holiday apartment was very tastefully furnished and the kitchen equipment was also very high quality and left nothing to be desired.High chairs and children's bath towels as well as toys were provided free of charge for the children. This was exceptionally attentive from the hosts and great service!The only downside was a loud evening celebration in the facility's event rooms. Hours of shouting, slamming doors and Ballermann music was not what we expected from this beautiful facility. The hosts were not present on site and could not be reached for a long time via the 24/7 telephone number. Really annoying and there was no apology from the hosts. All in all, “only” 4 stars!

Because it is a modern accommodation in a great, quiet location and is run by very nice people.Very clean rooms (I've been there several times, in different apartments) and a ground-level garage with direct access to the rooms complete the very good overall impression.You just feel good!

We spent wonderful days there over the New Year. Great house, very high quality finishes and furnishings. Beautiful view. Extras such as an electric car charging station in the in-house garage, show kitchen, seminar room and dog shower (!) are certainly not found that often. Very well located as a starting point for activities on the Alb. The attention to detail can be felt throughout the entire house and also in personal contact with the employees. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much.

Wonderful modern flats - Melanie & Christine were very helpful. I booked this flat last minute, few hours before arrival - Melanie helped me with everything, including making sure that everything is ready for our extremely late night arrival.This building is beautiful, new and well functioning: a closed car garage, washing machines, dog shower, etc.This place is Pet-Friendly & the flat was amazing - perfectly new and well equipped, I was able to cook happily in the flat since we had all the needed accessories. The shower was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The staff is super friendly and kind and go out of their way in order to help and assist. I will definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

We have rarely experienced such a well thought-out, comfortable and modern holiday apartment or complex. The loving furnishings, lighting, architecture and magical location are just as impressive as Ms. Mey and her staff. Unfortunately we are only here for two nights, but we will definitely come back. We spent a few lovely days hiking in the Swabian Alb. The 5-star apartment exceeded our expectations.We immediately felt at home in the lovingly furnished room. Everything has been thought of in the house. There is even a dog shower. We were able to unload our car comfortably in the spacious garage.Because of the personal support, special requests were also fulfilled.For our excursions we received suggestions for hikes on the Alb and day trips in the surrounding area. If the weather is bad, the nearby “Badkap” offers variety. Thank you for the successful stay. We have already planned the next hiking week in autumn.

What particularly impressed me about the Alb apartment were the upscale furnishings, the location on a south-facing slope with a wonderful view of nature and the very personal, intimate atmosphere of the house. You don't feel like you're in a hotel, but almost like you're at home. The very well thought-out and spacious design of the holiday complex also contributes to this. For electric car drivers, there is a powerful charging station in the spacious guest garage and a laundry room so that you can clean dirty shoes after long hikes. The apartments are friendly and comfortably furnished, with lots of visible, natural wood and first-class sanitary facilities. You arrive here and immediately feel at home. Wireless internet access is mandatory. Immediately behind the complex there is a hiking trail that leads directly to the Badkap (leisure pool) or to the well-known hiking routes. Despite the location on the outskirts of the city, shopping and sports facilities (e.g. ski lift) can be reached quickly and easily. I can therefore only warmly recommend the Alb apartment!
