We are currently in Binz with our Bolonka Lotti. What can we say about the service and hospitality of Villa Seefrieden. Absolutely great, extremely nice and attentive staff. The Cubra Libre probably comes directly from Cuba, the beer is unique, the dog is pampered and you have really great conversations with previously unknown guests, completely relaxed. But you can't make one crucial mistake there and that is ordering a small beer 😁.. If, as we suspect, you are a welcome guest, the small beer is available in 4 cl. We are thrilled and have been there several times. Of course the cake is also licking. Keep it up!

I booked this accommodation for a short trip and didn't regret it. You shouldn't expect 5 star luxury, but I was very surprised at my expectations.I had a very modern apartment (No. 13) on the top floor with a direct view of Lake Schmachter. The guesthouse is located directly in front of it at the end of a small alley in the center of Binz. A 5 minute walk takes you directly to the pier. Parking is available in the adjacent courtyard (luckily, with on-site parking fees).Our room was very spacious, clean and felt modern. But judge for yourself based on the pictures.The guesthouse has its own, small but nice swimming pool. Yes, well, you have to cross the yard once, but God, whatever. If I go to a thermal spa, I have to leave first.There is a Bar04 integrated into the guesthouse, which also serves as a breakfast room in the morning. The breakfast or buffet included was nothing earth-shattering and I've had better experiences that way. Breakfast time is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. What annoyed me a bit is that this whole thing could have been arranged more nicely and that the offering of sausage, cheese, rolls, etc. not what it should look like from a discount store. But that too is a matter of taste. It was enough and tasted good.We were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. As some wrote that the employees were unfriendly etc. I can't confirm that. Quite the opposite... a little chat here, and a few excursion tips there... There's nothing to complain about.All in all, a small, cozy apartment guesthouse in a very quiet location with a fantastic view and right in the center. So you definitely have my recommendation!

I was here for 3 days and can't understand some of the reviews. If you want a 4 star or luxury hotel, you should book it.Everyone was very friendly, my room was tidy and clean, the bathroom was renovated and completely sufficient for me. Also the breakfast room plus. Restaurant/bar looked newly designed. You can't expect the breakfast to be as filling as in the big hotels, but it had reasonable variety and was sufficient.So I felt very comfortable and the location is of course great for peace and relaxation.Thanks again!

A nice clean guesthouse. The rooms are well equipped. Swimming pool can only be used by prior arrangement.Breakfast is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. If you come at 9 a.m. you get the leftovers. It is not refilled. Very carelessly arranged and sausage, cheese and rolls from the discounter and if you ask for grain rolls, you are rudely insulted.Unfortunately, the entire staff was not very friendly and you didn't feel very welcome.

A very quiet guesthouse with a bar/coffee. The second floor is rather annoying for smokers and when it rains smoking becomes a damp affair unless the bar is still open. The internal pool is cool, but the kids should be able to swim WT about 1.5m. The view of the lake is wonderful and you can have a good time in the bar. Our room was very spacious with a large wardrobe and even space to play. The bed and the toilet door squeaked a bit. It is cleaned up every 3 days or you can hang the sign on the door. The WiFi password wasn't easy to get (I didn't even ask for it), and there was no information about it in the room. A program list on the television would have been nice, some settings on the television also seem to be locked. Breakfast was great without any complaints

Positive: great location, very central, nice and quiet due to the location on the lake. Rooms are cozy, adapted to the style of the house, and the glazed veranda with a view of the lake is great. Very nice staff, everyone friendly, the young boss could ignore it a bit. It wouldn't hurt to ask when checking out if everything is OK. The beer garden at the house, which still has sun for a long time in the evenings, is very nice.Negative: we would pay more if the breakfast was improved a bit. Only on Sundays and Wednesdays there are scrambled eggs, upon request:….we have salmon for that….coffee and rolls are delicious, but the same sausage every day. More variety would be nice here. When I asked, 2 days after Pentecost, whether there was still yoghurt there, I was told that everything had been eaten over Pentecost, and a new delivery was yet to arrive. In fact, you could get something like that for a short time, a member of staff brought a private jar of Nutella for a child present, when it was empty it only came.....it is now empty....there is clearly room for improvement here.
