Hotel GranitzThe Hotel Granitz really enchanted me. The architecture of the house wonderfully combines elements of classicism, neo-baroque and art nouveau, as is often seen in the area. The mix of styles gives the hotel a very special, carefree atmosphere.I had the pleasure of spending a few nights there with my mother and booking was extremely easy. When we arrived we received a warm welcome, which immediately made us feel welcome. The owners of the hotel make every effort to meet the wishes of their guests and manage to create a family atmosphere in which you feel completely comfortable.From the parking lot you can access the cozy terrace directly, which is very practical. The food and drinks in the restaurant were simply excellent - I was completely convinced by the quality and taste.The hotel itself has a very familiar and welcoming atmosphere. Even though the rooms had a few small flaws, they were still very clean and tidy. I had a wonderful night there and felt completely comfortable.The location of the hotel is simply ideal. The beach and the main street of Binz are just a stone's throw away. As soon as you step out the door you can immediately take part in the lively city life, with cafes, restaurants and much more.I will definitely come back and am already looking forward to my next stay at the Hotel Granitz.If there is anything to complain about about the hotel, I recommend speaking to the owners directly. They try very hard to address guests' concerns and it would be unfair to immediately give the hotel a negative rating based on minor deficiencies.Once again a big thank you – I really enjoyed it!Best regards,Antonia

The hotel was much nicer online. It's a disaster there. The rooms are dirty, cobwebs in every corner. The bathroom was really bad, there was toothpaste in the sink from the previous one, the toilet was dirty, the fittings weren't clean, there was still hair in the shower from the previous one.Conclusion: Never again. Price-performance ratio is not right at all. Far too expensive for that.

It had been a very nice time in Binz. Staff was very friendly and nice. Rooms would also be well furnished. 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the bakery. We'll be back soon

The staff was friendly and helpful and the accommodation was close to the beach.The toilet was dirty.Stains on wall and curtains.There was only a remote control for the television upon request.WiFi in the room didn't work.When we used the shower for the first time, brown water came out.Parking fees didn't match the website (the internet said €6 per day, and we paid €10 per day).Communication with staff was very poor because some of them didn't speak German and spoke poor English.Despite displaying the existing door sign, the room was not cleaned until asked.

The hotel is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone, not far from the beach, exudes historical charm and has its own parking spaces. Of course, in older buildings the rooms are rather small after a wet room has been installed, as is the wet room itself. There is also a passionately run restaurant in the house where you can eat well.Unfortunately, the hotel is not run with the same passion: the room was not thoroughly cleaned, minor repairs are bridged with hair ties, room service is not offered and, despite the restaurant, there is no breakfast (tip: bakery next to the church opposite). The paper roll in the toilet has probably been looking for a suitable hanger for years. And the reception has a cell phone number outside of restaurant opening hours. Apart from the need to replace the carpet in the room, these are often small things that could be quickly remedied with a little commitment.

A great place to stay while on vacation. The price corresponds to the quality. Everywhere is clean, the room was cleaned when we were at sea. The staff is friendly and diligent. Breakfast is delicious, there is plenty to choose from. The hotel itself is located five minutes from the sea, which was a big plus for us!) I recommend it🤪

The many bad comments seem to me to be a bit racially motivated. I had a wonderful time with my partner. The room was cheap, clean and the location is perfect. The staff looked after our luggage on the day of departure while we were at the beach. Everything wonderful

The room is only cleaned upon request, using the toilet requires effort. The staff is very nice, but could do more for the hotel and the guests. They didn't even bother to get into the hotel when checking out, the key was supposed to be thrown in the mailbox. However, the location is great, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and all bars, cafes and shops can be reached quickly. However, you should book a room at the back, otherwise the street noise is annoying because it is right on the main street
