If we could give more stars we would, just lovely, breakfast top, room and cleanliness perfect. Staff very friendly. The city center can be reached in 5 minutes and is very beautiful. We actually had 3 here. Wonderful days, thank you and keep it up 👌👍

In the end you ask yourself, is a so-called boarding house actually an advantage for the normal holidaymaker? You pay the same high price as in comparable hotels, and in return you only get your room cleaned and new towels every few days. good for the operator. It's a disgrace for the environment because I can voluntarily use the same towels for 3 days in a normal hotel.

Very nice hotel, bright friendly room, good breakfast and generally a great stay! Will definitely come back, the area is beautiful too. The reception is very friendly and helpful with any kind of problem.

We arrived around 6:30pm and there is a special check-in process that we had to follow after 5pm.Not a deal breaker at all, you just need to contact the hotel prior to your arrival and they will email you with instructions on how to obtain the room key and check you in.The entire hotel was well maintained and clean.Our room was on third floor and had a great mountain view which we enjoyed looking at.We had a little kitchen which had everything we needed to prepare quick/simple meals.The main part of the city can be reachable in walking distance (5-7 min), we walked around exploring the main city without needing a car.The breakfast was excellent, enjoyed very well and the dining room was looking over the mountain as well.And friendly staffs, we would definitely visit here again.

Positive:- pretty hotel, nicely decorated-Always friendly staff-good location with a great view while having breakfast-good breakfast-very clean-very good mattresses- Washing machine and dryer available for a fee (via coin machine)-the bar, especially the bartender, was so friendly and attentive that it was a perfect end to the day - it deserves 6 stars- good location, everything within walking distance- E-bikes, with the app and operation of the bikes we need some time until everything works-Parking space in the underground car park (€9 per day)NEGATIVE::-poor location of the apartmentto the parking lot with noise every morning at 6:30 a.m. from the departing federal police and others- very warm in summer, not suitable if you want to stay in the room during the day- NO air conditioning, the cooling system is a joke, I fell for it, I wanted to have accommodation with cooling-Not enough closet for 3 people-No small lamp on the bed in the second room, carelessly furnished- all the doors in the house slam shut loudly if you don't hold on to them- The room was only cleaned once in 10 nights (perhaps more often if asked?)- too much lighting (light pollution)in front of the hotel, this is annoying, ventilation at night only works if the curtains are not closed, but if you don't close them it is too bright

Recently renovated establishment, contemporary decoration. Very calm environment.Room with very pleasant balconyAir conditioning a little sluggish, but in the mountains the nights are cool in summer, so the open window helps cool the room.Very pleasant breakfast room, varied breakfast.The establishment does not exactly offer all the services of a hotel: no reception after 5 p.m., no daily room service. Over a period of 5 days the towels were renewed once (on a Monday). It could be interesting to offer the customer a towel exchange at reception during opening hours.Paid parking required. Which adds to the bill.Access to the city center on foot

Simply a great hotel, we stayed here for two nights on the way back from Lake Garda and felt completely comfortable.We even had a small kitchen in our room and a balcony with a wonderful view, as you can see in the photos.The breakfast was very rich and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience. The hotel was easy to find, there are plenty of parking spaces available. Upon arrival we were helped by a very nice and helpful receptionist, the room with a view of the mountains was great. The room was clean, large, nice beds and a nice bathroom. Within walking distance of the city, 10 minutes. Breakfast is in a beautiful large room looking out onto the mountains, food was of good quality and the hot dishes were also hot. We can recommend this hotel to everyone

The rooms are always very clean. Almost every room has a balcony, and depending on which direction your room faces (either east or west) you can see the Pfarrstuhl or the Hochstaufen. Both sunrise and sunset are guaranteed. The rooms have everything you need for a short stay (kitchenette with microwave, bathroom with heating, rooms with air conditioning, balcony, wardrobe, smart TV, etc.)The breakfast buffet is balanced and has a lot to choose from. You always find something. The tea variations are particularly good here.
