Unusual! Very friendly and attentive staff. Here the little things make the difference, such as: B. Candle at dinner or bottle of water in the room for free. Rooms are cozy, bright and friendly furnished. You immediately feel comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were great. Overall, highly recommended.

The restaurant and the friendly and attentive staff should be positively mentioned. However, we did not feel comfortable in this hotel. The room was far below today's standards. The beds are not comfortable and creak with every movement. The pillows are unsuitable for us because they do not provide any support. The hotel is located on the main road, which is why it is not possible to open the window. Unfortunately, it is also extremely noisy. You can hear every movement in the next room. The price/performance ratio is in no way understandable. An extra fee of 10 euros per person is charged for the sauna area. That's perfectly fine in itself, but this area is also absolutely outdated and tiny. At breakfast, the already sparse buffet was almost empty before 9 a.m. and was only replenished upon request.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The building is magnificent both inside and out. The restaurant room is traditional, with its old Kocheloff and its exposed woodwork. We ate very well there, lots of traditional Swabian dishes are offered and everything was very good. The breakfasts are generous and offer plenty of choice. They consist of a buffet when people are staying in the hotel, or filled platters on quieter mornings. There are various hams and cheeses, as well as fruits, eggs, cereals of all kinds, yogurts etc.The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and the waitresses wear dirndls beautifully, which adds to the old-world charm of the place. As for the rooms, the cleaning is impeccable, the taps are sparkling, there is no dust in the accommodation. The bedding is quality, the sheets are clean and soft. Our stay was a success, we recommend this hotel.

Very fair value for money and friendly people. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The dinner was plenty and tasted delicious. The breakfast was great for me as a vegetarian. I would like to come again.
