Firstly, the advert says that the room has some bathrooms with showers. Unfortunately that's a lie there is no bathroom or toilet. There is a toilet on the lower level and it is for everyone. The room is cold, very cold. There are 2 radiators but they are cold, ice cold. There is no parking on the ground, that is also the other lie. Everything is poorly built, there are nails in the walls that can hurt you. There's no smoke alarm or anything, I say that because there's a little electronic radiator that produces weird stuff that tells you something's wrong. Everything is dirty, sheets are dirty, hallway, floor, there are spider webs everywhere. Toilet on the lower level is very dirty. There is no hot water, the tap water is very cold.I can write for days what's wrong with these rooms.I ask everyone that you take everything else. This room is really bad. I took photos for evidence. A grade of 1 out of 10 is too much.

This is a place that has everything you need, rooms with king beds, large bathroom, clean. It has an open area in the middle with kitchen, tables and chairs. It is geared towards a green living. Don’t go on base they will charge you $150 a night, this place is only $60 a night.I highly recommend this place!

This is one of the reviews that starts with "I don't normally write reviews." But here I feel urgently compelled to do so. I'm not very sensitive about accommodations, but a warning is only appropriate here.Where should you start?-Check-in: Something original has been thought of here. The key box is not located at the entrance to the house, but at another one, about 2.5 km away. So first across the city, then back again. Clever trick by the host to save time. Here you even have the self-confidence to ask the guest to put the key back in that same box. Everything else would take work.-First impression: stairwell neglected, dirty and musty. When closed, the door gap in room 1 is so large that you can see through it. Room 2 smells musty, but looks okay at first glance. Toilet dirty and without soap. The bathroom is in an unpleasant condition, the shower is just cold-Second impression of the room: Pathetic. Water damage, unsightly dirt and sometimes dirt can be seen everywhere. The bed doesn't look as clean as at first glance. You don't even want to use the blanket. Windows and window frames are rotten. The mattress sags. The walls are very noisy.-Communal kitchen: Yes, it exists. However, the refrigerator smells so bad that you don't want to touch it-third impression of the room: The fears are confirmed: it's crawling. Bed bugs! And quite a few of them. Disgusting. You should contact the health department.We can only advise against this accommodation. It's better to spend a little more money!

!!!DO NOT BOOK DANGER!!!Room on Tannenstrasse in KaiserslauternThe whole accommodation is an absolute disaster and absolutely not recommended!!! DISTANCE!!!Starting with the floor, which cannot be walked on without shoes because it sticks and was just dirty!The walls were dusty and painted in so many different shades of white, probably to cover up the mold, that it hurt my eyes.In addition, the apartment is a danger to life and limb! The sockets are falling out of the wall and the fuses are installed incorrectly.The mattress has stains in every color imaginable😡🤬🤬, the bed linen was probably from the previous tenant because it was so dirty and crumpled!!The chairs in the kitchen couldn't be used because they were broken, the table was so stuck that the water bottle got stuck!!We also found someone else's underwear because it was hanging over the radiator 😡!All in all, the pictures in the ad have nothing to do with the actual condition of the apartment!!!We have never experienced anything so disgusting and it wouldn't surprise us if we had to go to the doctor with more than one illness!!!I will report this apartment to Booking, something like that is absolutely not possible!!!

I found the stay terrible.In order to find the key, I had to get another guest to tell me where it was.There was no toilet paper and I also bought a mattress protector, the mattresses are yellow and have other people's hair on them.The floor is sticky due to poor cleaning, I wasn't given a wifi key and there isn't even a computer desk.If the temperature on the street hadn't been so low, I would have slept in the car.

I'm thrilled, price performance is very good. You have cooking options as there is a kitchen on every floor, and a refrigerator is also available. Many rooms have a bathroom with a toilet and shower. My stay was pleasant. I booked at the last minute and it was quite easy to do. Room was clean and very convenient to the AFB. I will most definitely stay again. Television was in both English and German which was perfect and there was no noises from others. A perfect quiet stay with a fresh bakery downstairs.

Beginning of December. The heating doesn't work. The batteries are cold. The room is cold. There are bedbugs in the room. It's very dangerous here. You stop by once and it will be a huge problem to get bedbugs out of your things. Where are the owners looking? I don't recommend it.

It wasn't a hotel, but rather private rooms in a catastrophic state of disrepair, it looked mostly like a refuge for drug addicts. It was just scary!!!I refused to sleep in this thing and was sent 2km away from the main town and the shower was just awful. I'm a hotel manager myself and I never complain when I stay in hotels. But I want to tell Booking that they should ban this customer from their platform, this is unacceptable!!!!.At the second location I was sent to, I had to call the police in the middle of the night because a person kept ringing!!!This was the worst stay I've ever had to spend outside of my home

Simply disgusting! The kitchen was dirty, the stove was broken. Cupboards broken. Condition terrible! In the room there are 3 mattresses stacked up instead of a bed. Mold on the bottom! Mold in the bathroom! I've rarely seen such a disgusting place to live! What a shame to rent something like that! Don't know where the pictures came from online, I definitely have others!

The room was absolutely dirty, walls covered in grease, broken sockets. The room had cobwebs everywhere and bugs were in the room too! Not acceptable for a childDirty bed linen, the light didn't work in the slightly smaller room that was apparently supposed to be for clothes.We had booked a private bathroom, so it said on Booking.com that we received a bathroom that we had to share. The bathroom wasn't clean either...The kitchen wasn't exactly clean.. the microwave takes 20 minutes to warm up the food because the microwave was also broken otherwise it wouldn't take that long.. we booked the room for 4 days, but only lasted one day and had stayed in another hotel. The pictures on the internet are old!The only good thing was the location but that was it.
