We were in Seeblick No. 4 (1st floor).Positive:-Konus card free bus travel throughout the Black Forest. We were in Basel and Strasbourg-Central location with Lidl-Balcony-ParkingNegative:- completely stuffed with decorations. Every wall and every surface is full. Not suitable for families who need space. Even as a couple, we had to put tablets, boards, etc. aside in Bergen so that we had some space-Faucet wobbles a lot-Apartment is partly dirty-You can feel every spring on the sofa in the living room and the TV is very small so we hardly ever use the living room-The facilities are extremely full. You really have EVERYTHING about sewing thread, a mixer and a backpack. For us, some things are unnecessary and make it impossible to relax. In addition, there are also many cupboards that are simply empty (and are not intended to function as a wardrobe for guests)-You can always hear the streetConclusion:Less would be more. If you like quantity and little quality, this is the right place for you.

One of the most beautiful holiday apartments we have ever had....everything from A to sz is there....we will definitely come back....everything is very lovingly furnished in vintage style. Very clean, what more could you want.

This holiday apartment is really nicely furnished, nothing is missing.Unfortunately it is loud from the street.🚙🛻🚚🚛🚗🙁We arrived with a large dog, 🐕 and live on the first floor.Which isn't actually a bad thing, it's just that the very steep stairs with PVC are very slippery and our dog is super scared of walking up or down these stairs, so we have to carry them up and down. 🙁😩🐕No problem for a small dog as you could carry him up high.But this staircase doesn't work at all... it's a shame, carpet tiles would be a solution.Everything should be described better!!!!!!

In general, this holiday apartment is not recommended for a family. It's noisy, you can hear every step of the other 4 apartments in this house.The only good thing, it was clean.But now the negative:- Ants in the kitchen.- the kitchen is not well equipped as advertised.- The advertised playground does not exist on the property.- The basement is probably rented long-term to foreign-speaking construction workers who loudly enjoy their after-work beers every day until the middle of the night.- On two out of 7 days, the entrance area was renovated unannounced, including chiseling work, which woke us up in the morning. A true dream for 2 pregnant women and small children.The housing company that covers the landlord has been ignoring us since our complaints. There has been no call back or offered discount for the 2 construction days.

I assume that the negative reviews here result from other apartments in this house. In any case, I booked number 5 (roof) and was very satisfied. Everything was super clean. The windows could also be darkened everywhere. Kitchen is very well equipped and the bed is comfortable. However, the apartment is not cheap. If you come with 3 people, that's definitely a great price. It is clearly too much for one person. I was still extremely satisfied with my stay.

We booked the apartment “Seeblick / Number 2” for the weekend. Five adults with three dogs.I have to say I was very irritated when I read the reviews about this property and was afraid that we had made a big mistake with the booking and in the end all the money was wasted.The apartment looks very cozy at first glance, but the walls, tables, kitchen, floor, ceiling - everything - are cobbled together. As the saying goes: wanted but couldn't. It feels like you simply used all the materials you had lying around and completed this apartment. I have to say: sometimes it really makes you smile.Unfortunately we had to buy wood for the oven ourselves... which I think is a shame. If we had known this beforehand, we would have brought some with us.The price we paid bears no relation to the performance or features.

Bad is still praised. The very last cellar hole, disgusting it doesn't even begin to describe what we found. The apartment was freezing cold and the landlord refused to come to the apartment despite repeated requests. We were supposed to turn on the heater, but it didn't get warm. When we asked about the yellow cushions, we were told we would put paint over them and shouldn't act like that. Unfortunately, pictures cannot capture the smell of urine that came from what was called the sofa. The entire apartment smells musty. Cables stick out of the wall. Now I no longer wonder why the Bergblick holiday apartment I booked could temporarily no longer be booked via booking and is now advertised as Lake View. It's a total rip-off here, the bedrooms only consist of beds. There should be space for 8 people here and two more on the “sofa”. This apartment is not suitable for families, but only for someone who has nothing to do other than apreski. Because this apartment can only be endured in a drunken head. After three hours of trying to clarify things with the landlord, we left without unloading the car. Unfortunately, since we had paid for everything in advance and even extended it to one day through the landlord, we not only suffered financial damage but also had a ruined vacation. The landlord is still not ready to reach an agreement today, so we are now calling in a lawyer. I can only warn everyone about this apartment.

Super clean apartment at the foot of the Feldberg. We had apartment 2 on the ground floor, designed for 8 people. Simple but nice rooms, bathrooms with underfloor heating, well-equipped kitchen, sufficient seating, modern TV. Dogs allowed. Each room with access to a balcony. TOP. I just thought it was a shame that there were no pads, pens or board games to pass the time in the evening. And when fully occupied, the bathroom might be a bit too small. The description also said that there was a children's playground on site, but there wasn't one now, at least not in the garden.Shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

If we were avid walkers in previous years, we had to take it easier this year. This is due to a serious lung condition.In order to enjoy a nice holiday despite this limitation, we have opted to rent an apartment.The plan was to take a walk in the morning, then do some shopping before returning to the apartment, relax in the afternoon (read newspaper/books, complete a crossword puzzle, do some crafts, etc.) and in the evening drink an aperitif and have a hot drink. prepare dinner.Unfortunately our plans fell through:It was quite cold in the apartment: 17° during the day and 21° from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. An email to Kulturgut Appartements brought no changeIt was dark: Gray rain clouds and a high hedge in front of the kitchen window forced us to turn on the light to read/do crafts. Disappointment everywhere because you cannot do these activities with a single light bulb of only 25 watts...The television sets also let us down: the set in the kitchen did not work at all, and the set in the sitting area had just one single channel with... cartoons!Surfing the internet was also not easy, because the connection regularly dropped out, about 3 to 4 times an hour. Bizarre, because the connection at our home is optimal!But the biggest disappointment was yet to come: the pots and pans are truly amazing!!! In fact, the health inspection should go on site...Cooking in the saucepans is life threatening!!!The black enamel pots are scratched and rust is visible next to the scratches.The bottom of the Tefal frying pan is completely scratchedHeat something up in the oven? Forget it! So dirty/dirty/greasy…The consequence of not being able to cook dinner was that we were forced to eat out every night... which took a big bite out of our budget...After dinner, back in the apartment, we were forced to go to bed due to the above-mentioned complaints. That was also quite torture because of the worn out mattress...Pros:- the bedding was crisp white and impeccably clean.- no noise nuisance from the upstairs neighborsNo, in the future look for a place to stay via Kulturgut Apartments or via VRBO... never again!!
