The hotel is in a great location and is only a few meters away from the nearest subway station. So perfect for a city trip. The entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden but friendly staff showed us the way and a security employee called the elevator for us, which is not possible without a room card. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was very manageable and unfortunately a bit dusty. The shower is very spacious, even if the water pressure with the normal shower is too low. However, the water pressure is better with the rain shower, so that wasn't a problem. The underbody lighting on the bed is a bit annoying because it comes on automatically with a sensor. So you shouldn't put anything directly in front of the bed otherwise the light will keep coming on. This robbed us of some sleep the first night. In order to protect the environment, the room is only cleaned every 2 days, in my opinion just a measure to save money. At these prices you would expect that at least the bed would be made every day. If you still need towels or toilet paper, you can get them yourself on the 3rd floor. All in all, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here at all. For this money you can definitely get a better hotel in a similar location with better service.

The room was basically ok, but there was no closet to store clothes or anything like that. The sink and mirror are right next to the entrance, there is no bathroom of its own. The room is also only cleaned every other day.The entrance to the hotel is quite confusing. There is an elevator, but you have to search for it and convince a security guard that you are a hotel guest so that he can call you the elevator, as it won't leave without a room card.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms in a prime location. The check-in went smoothly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not huge but stylish. The rooms also smell very good. The many light switches are a bit confusing and unfortunately our mood lamp didn't work.Depending on the reason, the view from the balcony is somewhat blocked.Overall a great hotel for a visit to Hamburg. The breakfast is rich and delicious.

The first impression is extremely positive! I just met the general manager and Fabian from reception. Incredibly friendly welcome. The view is breathtaking. I quickly bought a gift at the Hard Rock Shop and now I'll be surprised to see what happens next!!!

Positive: nice view or great location and the staff at the reception were very nice. But:Credit card doesn't work.Room cleaning was forgotten. Beds on the platform are terrible for getting up, I haven't slept so badly in a long time...and I'm still relatively young. No Alexa, no internet connection on the TV, the mood lighting was broken...so much for the smart room... The toilet door can only be opened with a lot of force. I could also mention the shower as a positive, but that's it.During a concert in the hall, the whole room vibrated!Breakfast also for children over 8 years full price of 34€. The egg station was never staffed. No fresh juices, no smoothie maker, no cocoa for the kids, just milk and Kaba powder, no normal fruit tea etc. etc. very disappointing for the price!

The hotel is definitely worth a visit, although not for an overnight stay, but simply for a coffee or a cocktail and for the green roof.We had a light that you couldn't turn off at night. So we had to unplug our room every night (very inconvenient if you want to charge your cell phone at night, have to go to the toilet at night or it's midsummer and the air conditioning doesn't work). Luckily the fuse box had been forgotten to lock otherwise we wouldn't have been able to turn off the light. At the reception it was said that the light could be controlled via an Alexa, but the Alexa had not yet been installed in our room and therefore the light could not be switched off. We should continue to turn off the ventilation.Apparently the rooms are only cleaned every 2 days due to sustainability. We were there for 5 nights and our room was cleaned once. So we had to go to reception in the middle of the night and ask for toilet paper because it was out of stock. A no-go for the price. We have more to say, but that would go beyond the scope. Last time on our trip to Hamburg we stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel in the Schanzenviertel. It's not far away from the bunker and the price is basically the same (the breakfast, however, is worlds better at Mövenpick). If I'm in Hamburg again I would definitely go to the Mövenpick Hotel instead of the Reverbb.

A unique experience in the heart of Hamburg! Our stay at the new Hotel Reverb on the bunker in St. Pauli was simply fantastic. The location is spectacular - impressive bunker with a breathtaking view over Hamburg. The design of the hotel is super modern, urban and perfectly embedded in the creative atmosphere of St. Pauli. The rooms are stylishly furnished, with attention to detail and all the comfort you could wish for. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's sophisticated music theme - there are little references to the music scene everywhere, which gives the whole thing a special charm. The service was first class. The first contact at reception was super friendly, attentive and very helpful. The breakfast buffet also left nothing to be desired.I can highly recommend Hotel Reverb, whether for a weekend trip or a longer stay. A real highlight for Hamburg!!!! Maren

Four of us arrived and had booked a suite in advance. The anticipation was huge and so was the first impression. Great, special location, very special and unusual. Since we were there a little early, the room was still being cleaned. In our opinion, the room (suite) could have been a little larger.Unfortunately, we didn't even have to look closely... the floor in the room wasn't clean, there was still hair and dust on the bathroom floor and in the sink, as well as traces of the resident in front of us in the toilet. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was cleaned again, but unfortunately the floor in the suite still wasn't. After all, we were then invited to breakfast the next morning. The entertainment system as advertised on the website no longer even exists, it has been expanded. Unfortunately there is no way to at least close a window. It was particularly annoying the next morning, unfortunately there was no warm water. This problem could not be solved until midday. The reception staff at checkin and evening was great! It's a shame, there's definitely more to it!
