From the first impression it is a beautiful holiday apartment.However, upon closer inspection we saw that the apartment was not particularly clean.It was extremely dusty everywhere in the bedroom, so pieces of dust came towards you.The kitchen wasn't particularly clean either. The oven in particular was hardly usable because it was very dirty and smelled strongly.The bathrooms as well as towels and bed linen were clean.There was even a lot of dirt in the cupboards, so they couldn't be used.Some of the furniture (chairs, doors, etc.) are no longer in the best condition and some of them wobble/rattle a lot.It's good that there is a butcher's shop, a bakery and a restaurant in the immediate vicinity. Shopping opportunities are also nearby.

We stayed there twice 7 nights in August & September 2023. Apartment 3 was a real home away from home. Spacious, with west-facing balcony, complete kitchen with dishwasher, commercial oven, coffee maker, washing machine, etc. Apartment is on 3rd floor, with bedroom one level up from bathroom. It got a bit hot during the afternoons, as a part of the blinds was not installed, but that could easily be fixed. Close to train station, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and not to forget, the in-house butcher shop with fantastic German & Franconian sausages, meats & cold cuts. Would definitely stay there again.

We FELT VERY COMFORTABLE at Wendler. The booking, the reception, the stay, communication and departure - everything went perfectly. Ms. Wendler is competent, friendly and courteous and appears invisible in the background. The bathroom and kitchen were always in tip top order. A great all-round SERVICE that will be remembered fondly. The furnishings are modern and practical. If you want, you can help yourself to coffee, beer or snacks (€). The balcony room was a hit. We were there in June and a "sleeping tree" was growing in front of the balcony in the garden. It was in full bloom with what felt like hundreds of buzzing insects and in the evening the leaves curled up. Another lovely experience.100% RECOMMENDED.
