Unfortunately, I only got to know this fine inn shortly before the Corona madness. Since a lot of businesses had gone out of business during and after this time, I thought the grapes definitely wouldn't have survived either. I was even more pleased that the grape continued. The food is freshly cooked here and you can taste it. The owners are in the kitchen themselves. Schäufele is only available on Sundays, but that's great. Make it yourself and you can also make sauce. The absolute hammer is the omelette with ice cream. I have never found anything comparable anywhere. Next time I can see how it's done.Thank you very much and see you soon.

We were here for dinner today, the Schäuferle is one of the best I've eaten so far. Likewise the potato dumplings, which I don't really like, and the salad too. The waitresses are super attentive. The innkeeper is very caring. We'll definitely be back.

This is a really cute restaurant, an insider tip! The food was delicious and very cheap. We are also thrilled with the room - spacious, quiet and cozy. The service is really nice and accommodating.

We were first greeted with the friendly words “kitchen is closed”.The hello was completely omitted. Well, we arrived 6 minutes after the kitchen closed. Since it was warm anyway and we were taking a break from hiking, we ordered liquid bread.There was also a sign outside saying “cake”. Not a bad idea for 2:30 p.m. When asked if the cake also came from the kitchen, the answer was simply "yes". Well, we were willing to get rid of our money, but apparently they didn't want it. In return, the inn in Neuhaus was happy about our money and our stomachs about the food.Personally, I do not recommend the service of the house. Unfortunately I can't comment on the food.
