You should be ashamed!!!My experience at the hotel was disappointing.I had reserved a day in advance and paid in advance (129 euros).The service was poor and the room was dirty and smelled unpleasant.Despite my request for a change or cleaning, nothing was done.I could only stay for three hours and had to leave the hotel.Not recommended👎

Old but a nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Hand shower without suspension. Handle for bath loose. The breakfast was ok, that's what I eat. The location is good.

Totally unfriendly staff, we had a totally dirty room with maggots in the kitchen and mold in the bathroom. Everything else wasn't clean either and even after they cleaned again the maggots were still there. We then left after being treated like dirt and being accused of destroying the broken things in the room. A visit from the health department is necessary.

For a hotel that runs on mechanics who all have to be at work at 7, it is too late to offer breakfast at 6:30. And that doesn't happen a minute earlier, as the often unfriendly staff never tires of mentioning. If you don't manage to finish and take the last roll with you to eat on the go, the employees will yell at you.The mattresses are nice and hard. And the rooms clean.

I travel a lot through Germany and therefore spend the night in hotels.I imagined a good/average house to be under three stars... FALSE!From broken bathrooms to broken windows.No hairdryer in the bathroom, ventilation grille fell out in the middle of the night so I was standing vertically in bed, broken socket.After the first shock was overcome, the second came... Breakfast, an absolute disaster. More than savings are made:There is only coffee or tea available. No cappuccino, latte macchiato, cocoa…No fruit, no vegetables, only baked rolls, some cold cuts (salami, cheese, ham)Once and never again. An absolute disgrace for this price.

Ugly on the outside but so much more beautiful on the inside. I'm totally thrilled with this wonderful hotel. Once you find yourself in the lobby, just a short walk from the AKN, the hotel welcomes you with style and ambience. A place to feel good, you open the room door and the walk there is sweetened with maritime pictures. Everything very bright and friendly with this light Nordic furniture, a shame to only spend one night here! I slept like a log in the great beds, the bathroom was modern and spacious...a few more days would be nice! The breakfast in the bright and friendly with great pictures offers your stomach everything you want. The overall tranquil atmosphere of this lovingly designed hotel is a true place to return to. I'll be back next year when the Lions Club celebrates its ball again.

In this hotel you can tell that guests are just an unwelcome evil!From the street, the hotel is only open as long as the reception is occupied. But that's different every day. Then only the back entrance can be used.The windows don't close properly, so there's a draft everywhere, there's not even a hint of a shelf in the bathroom and when we moved into our room at night, we found the previous guest's dirty laundry in the closet. The complaint the next morning only resulted in unqualified comments from the employee, who ultimately said she couldn't help us. The breakfast buffet is loveless and the rolls are old and over-baked.The highlight was when we left: we were guests of a well-known citizen of the city who had agreed to pay for all 3 rooms he had booked on the Sunday after our departure. That was already an issue when I checked in with his daughter. She then wanted to deposit her credit card, which the employee then refused. As we were all loading up the cars on Sunday morning, she shot out, yelled at us, and took pictures of the license plates to charge us with carousing. One of us then paid for everything and I asked the employee to delete the photos. In response she gave me the finger!This hotel is not recommended under any circumstances!

A “special kind” stay! Absolutely incompetent receptionist! we had 3 rooms for 2 nights. After a complaint that there was still dirty laundry from the previous person in the closet, people rolled their eyes and offered a room change (which our friends didn't want), they said, I can't do anything more!!!??? Our friends who had booked the rooms for us on the occasion of their golden wedding anniversary had agreed in advance to pay for the rooms later on the day of our departure. When we left we were threatened with the police if we didn't pay immediately!!!???.. long back and forth, we paid the bill. That could have been solved much more professionally!!! Our friends were extremely embarrassed!On the positive side, the rooms were otherwise very clean and functional for our stay.But I would never book here again.

No hairdryer, sink broken and a chair that could be from bulky waste. Toilet flush stops. What you have to do is get the water to stop running. Staff: Some nice, others very unfriendly. Pets are allowed, but if you have them with you, you will not be treated. Very unfortunate.

A perfect hotel for business trips. The rooms were extremely well equipped and everything was spotlessly cleaned!The service was also great. You will be greeted at breakfast and will be helped straight away if you have any questions!And we don't need to talk about the situation, it couldn't be better. The train station, central bus station and shopping centers were all within a 150m radius!
