Really great restaurant, such delicious food. I ate the pumpkin gnocchi today, you can indulge in it, so good. The staff very nice. I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

We were invited here for dinner today. My friend promised me a wonderful meal because she had been there several times in the past. Unfortunately, our experience was a bit sobering. The service was overwhelmed and the food was a C in school grades - between satisfactory and sufficient, but far from good, although the prices suggest a different quality. If I had paid myself I would have been very annoyed. Unfortunately I wouldn't eat here again. 🙁

We have been to the Kreuzberghof restaurant many times and always feel comfortable. The food was always good and the waiting time wasn't excessive. Although it was very busy, a place was organized for us even without a reservation. We were also welcome with a dog and the service staff made sure that no one felt disturbed by our dog when choosing a seat. Always my pleasure:)

The location is mega, no question about it!The Kreuzberghof itself is a beautiful building and also very beautiful on the inside.However, we have now had the experience a few times that the service is very unpleasant. There are the kind of men who get very euphoric when serving and feel like they are marrying the woman at the table away and there is the kind if you don't fit into their clientele you are not served at all or only as much as you have to!We've eaten there five times in two years and have been disappointed each time.I always expected so much from the food too but yes. I'm attaching a small example. That was at the last meal. Then it occurred to me to finally take a photo, or before it was empty.“Gratinated goat’s cheeseTruffle honey | Cucumber and melon salad | Wild herbs | Fig foam" that is NOT au gratin! And everyone knows that. Cheese was cold and so was the caramel on the cheese.The knuckle is very impressive, but unfortunately very dry. No questions were asked even though half the knuckle was cleared away. My wife's dumplings with mushroom sauce, however, were good.

Well, we didn't see the hotel itself. But the restaurant does. There is something to report about this: great food, very good. Price performance ratio is right. Highly recommended. 👍👍

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the mountains and forest. There is a small lake right next to the hotel where you can take a short walk. The wellness area is great and has a sauna, steam bath and whirlpool.Perfect for a romantic vacation for two.The staff is very friendly and helpful!Unfortunately the restaurant is not open on Mondays.

Only the restaurant is rated. If you have to wait almost 10 minutes for the drink order and then more than 90 minutes for the food, a good rating is no longer possible. You cannot accept more guests or offer seats than the kitchen and staff can handle. The dishes were OK, but not exceptionally good. Too bad, missed opportunity. We won't be coming back any time soon.

The restaurant is beautifully located, overlooking the lake. That's why we've been here several times. Unfortunately that was it. The service there has deteriorated extremely. Unfortunately, the service staff seem to be completely overwhelmed. Either the staff shortage is so great, or the staff is simply too slow. A few months ago, after a long wait, we received the wrong cake (pear instead of apple). That can happen, but today we, and other guests, sat at the table for around 30 minutes and waited for service. Finally, we left in exasperation without eating or drinking anything. An absolute disappointment.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Unfortunately for me personally the pillows are too small. The location is very relaxing, only the nearby road is a little annoying if you have a room with a lake view. The staff is very friendly and attentive both in the hotel area and in the restaurant. Price performance is reasonable and leaves little to be desired.

Romantic ambience, really nice with a view of the lake, looks like a small castle on the edge of the forest, also nice to sit outside.Very attentive and friendly service, everything was very well organized, you rarely see it like that, we felt very comfortable. The food was a dream and beautifully prepared, pork medallions and onion roast were totally tender and juicy and to the point, sauces and side dishes were super tasty and fresh, highly recommended, everyone at the table was extremely happy with their food. At a counter in the front you can choose fresh cakes and tarts, we didn't try them but they looked really great too, next time :)Price performance was great, for the money we got a really great meal, everything was very clean and tidy, including the toilets and cloakroom, there is nothing to complain about and we would be happy to come back!

Everything was very clean, clean toilets, dishes at the table were also very clean, food was served on a warm plate as it should be in restaurants, waiters were very friendly, there was a lot going on, the staff had everything under control even under stress. I was also a restaurateur once, and I give these colleagues an A+. All the best and continued success.
