The four of us had booked 2 apartments for a week.A penthouse and a normal one.We sat, cooked and hung out together in the penthouse. The location is perfect for exploring the old town, museums, etc.The beds were good, the bathroom was very spacious and generally well equipped. We didn't miss TV.There are also cheap parking spaces nearby. An Aldi is less than 3 minutes. Removed.Check-in is problem-free and with the key cards you have created you can quickly access the building and room.A suggestion:Drinks and snack machines in the lobby for a beer or wine in the evening would be desirable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Astoria Apartments in Nuremberg, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stylish and impeccably clean rooms. Each room features a well-equipped kitchen, which made it so convenient to prepare meals and enjoy a cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. Whether you’re visiting the historic sites or enjoying local cuisine, everything is just a short walk away. One of the standout features was the laundry room. After a few days of sightseeing, it was a lifesaver to be able to do laundry on-site, allowing me to pack lighter and enjoy my trip without worry.Overall, Hotel Astoria Apartments offers a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and style. I had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Nuremberg!

Unfortunately, the online reception cannot be reached by telephone or by message via Booking.com. Due to a chargeback, the room was reserved but not paid for. I was supposed to transfer the outstanding contribution, but I was not given any bank details and no reply to messages. In the end we decided on another hotel.

If you have a problem in the room, consider yourself screwed because they don't solve anything, there is no staff to help you, they evade their responsibility, the only communication they have had with me is that I left the apartment clean, they entered the room without my consent, the sofa I couldn't sleep in the bed, the air was terrible and they had the nerve to tell me that it was something specific. Last year the same thing happened, and when I left without checking out they canceled my cards before time, shameful.

We stayed for two nights at the Astoria Apartments.PROS:- the apartments were located just outside the Nuremburg walls, within 20 - 25 minute walking distance to the center of the city- the train station was fairly convenient and close- the apartment was clean and offered good laundry servicesCONS:- the place was hot. We chose the penthouse apartment because of the loft, with the kitchen. That upper area was uninhabitable. You couldn't spend any more than a few minutes, putting your drinks in the fridge, which was luke cold. The main floor of the apartment was warm and we had difficulty sleeping.- there was no fan or television or the A/C barely threw any cold air out- the check in process was wonky. We never got a code, stood out there for fifteen minutes trying to get in, and the "manager" had to come out and help us. Very impersonal. We helped future guests, who came in after us, with the same issue.- there are other accommodations, closer to the inner part of the Nuremburg compound. If we come again, we will pursue those instead.

We booked for 4 nights. We got a beautiful apartment on the 5th floor. However, this apartment was so hot and humid it was ridiculous. We tried leaving the windows open but there were so many bugs. Despite there being an "air conditioning" control panel, we were unable to change the temperature or intensity and at times it felt like it was blowing out hot air. This made such an uncomfortable sleeping situation that we actually slept on the floor one night as the tiles were cooler. We emailed customer service to alert them of the aircon on the first day and despite them responding they would send someone to fix it promptly, 3 days later no one had arrived and nothing had changed. We actually left a day early as neither of us could stand another night in that stuffy room. To top it all off, the lift went out of order part way through our trip - which meant 5 flights of stairs up and back, even with our suitcases. There was no apology or email from the company for this. Would not stay here again. Do not book this in summer.

In a very central location, there are large and spacious rooms, rooms with a kitchen and kitchenware. These rooms are very comfortable and cozy. There is an elevator in the building. The areas in front of the door can be used for parking. However, you need to pay attention to the pricing schedule.
