We had a great stay at the DX Apartments in Berlin. The accommodation was very nice, minimalist and comfortable. The facility is perfect in my opinion. Everything you need is there. If you want, the towels can be changed and the room cleaned every day. But we didn't take advantage of this because we didn't think it was necessary. The bathroom and shower are great and you feel very comfortable. The furnishings are modern and yet comfortable. We particularly liked the double bed without a familiar visitor gap (two single mattresses) and the SmartTV on which you could relax and use all streaming services in the evening, if you have them.The balcony is also very nice. There you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the hustle and bustle of the Dong Xuan Center in the evening (if you have a room facing the inner courtyard).For your information: There is a continuous balcony in front of all rooms. It would theoretically be possible to visit your neighbors from another room. However, that didn't bother us. Quite the opposite. There were friendly conversations. There is also a safe in the closet where you can store your valuables when you are away from the property during the day.The connection to public transport was excellent, so we could quickly get to the center of Berlin or to other places in Berlin. You can reach Alexanderplatz or the Brandenburg Gate in just under half an hour by public transport. There is a very well-equipped REWE just one stop further towards the city center or a 700m walk. Very practical if you want to take care of yourself. For all fans of Asian cuisine, you can also go out to eat in one of the many restaurants in the large Dong Xuan Center right outside the door or just do a little shopping. Even if you don't want to eat there or buy something, it's worth taking a look at the many halls.The service was first class - the landlord even offered to help us with our luggage and offered to call him if we needed anything, such as tea or coffee. It was also possible to park directly in front of the building, which was very practical. Communication was extremely pleasant, the landlord was always available and helpful.I can only recommend the DX Apartments and would come back at any time!

Modernly furnished room, very large, clean bathroom. Nice, helpful employees. With the tram in front of the door you can quickly reach Alexanderplatz with access to the S-Bahn and U-Bahn. On the premises of the Dong Xuan Center, lovers of Asian cuisine can eat inexpensively. At the entrance to the center, nice saleswomen sell, among other things: Sandwiches and coffee for breakfast. We had a quiet room with a view of the center area.

Very clean and modern hotel room. Very spacious and with a balcony. Plus an excellent price/performance ratio.Unfortunately no breakfast, but right next to the hotel there is a small kiosk with coffee and fresh sandwiches, so there is nothing missing.
