This is possibly the worst Hotel experience I have ever had. During check in I was provided a Superior room when I paid for a LARGER Junior Suite. I went back to the front desk to hope they could provide the room I paid extra for and was told that my room type was sold out. I paid for a specific room and I feel that’s the whole point of making a room reservation. I am in town for a wedding and some of the girls were supposed to get ready in this larger room that I reserved. I was also told there was no manager on site to help fix this issue and will have to wait until Monday (3 days) to have anything done. The front desk staff member Crystal said there is nothing she can do to fix this issue until the next day. So I had to stay in this other room tonight. Little did I know the heating system in the room doesn’t work either… and mind you it’s 30 degrees outside. Not providing heat in this cold temperature, is outrageous! A gentleman staff member tried his best to bring a space heater and extra blankets but it was still freezing in our room. I cannot believe how terrible this experience has been so far.

Unfortunately the pool is ice cold and costs €10 extra. We were here in August and the pool didn't cost anything yet. Now we were here again and had to pay €10. This changed between our booking and the holiday, but we still had to pay even though it wasn't declared that way when we booked.I personally find the underground car park to be a rip-off.The breakfast and cleanliness were impeccable!Unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday.

It was my first time staying in a Scandic hotel and I was very satisfied. The service and breakfast are particularly noteworthy. The rooms were also clean and more than adequately equipped.I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Nice, large hotel right in the center of Nuremberg. Everything important is within walking distance. Parking costs 22 EUR per day, but it's still humane in the middle of the center. The service staff are polite and friendly, the rooms are clean, quiet and modernly equipped. The floor gets wet when showering, but luckily there are floor towels provided. When you open the window, you notice how beautifully soundproof the windows are, because when the window is open you can hear the loud traffic and the tram very clearly.

Wonderful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The gym is great on the 7th Floor (it was included in our room), and the pool and sauna is also really nice (requires 10 EUR activation fee, one time). We really like the Hotel's "we clean when you want" approach. The view is great with the wall and the Old Town - however, the area is filled with people that you used to find around big train stations...

Overall a great experience at Scandic. The staff at reception are always quick and friendly. Even the standard room is subjectively at a 5* level in terms of the feeling of space and ambience. As always, the breakfast selection is good, but juices are a bit thin.As always, I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We had an event here - very good food (breakfast buffet, dinner) with really friendly and attentive service! The rooms were very modern and chic, comfortable bed, high quality bathroom, everything was very clean. Many thanks to the entire team! Gladly again.

My stay at this hotel began with an unpleasant experience. My card has been charged but they didn’t get the money. So the next day they charged me again for the same room. And I needed that funds to pay for my next hotel.|The price is above average but they don’t provide bathrobes.

Nice, cozy rooms, the staff in the house were very friendly. The breakfast buffet is rich and delicious. The location of the hotel is very good, the train station can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and the old town can be reached in about 5 - 10 minutes. The wellness area is quite decent with a pool and 2 saunas.
