We stayed three nights at the Weingut Burg. It was a very nice stay. The Burg family received us with open arms. Rooms are with private bath and was perfect for bed and breakfast. Breakfast freshly made every morning. Have your eggs as you like. We had a private winetasting and went into the winecellar afterwards. Came home knowing a lot more about Mosel wines and the Burg family as a winemaking family for generations. So friendly and nice people. If that is not enough you can walk from farm to farm in Longuich tasting many private labels of wine. Trier is 15 min by car and Luxemburg city 45 min by car. Both cities are worth a sightseeing.

A great place for our family reunion after a long break and on the third attempt because of Corona.Again, totally loving care and a cozy and very interesting wine tasting with food for the family with 5 grandchildren, who were totally enthusiastic about the winery and guest house.We are planning our family reunion with the Burg family again for next year.

The Burg family welcomed us into their guest house as if we were long lost relatives. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the breakfast was amazing. The setting in Longuich right on the Mosel is ideal as a base to explore the area and all it has to offer.
