There is no drinking water or glasses in the room. Breakfast couldn't be worse. Service at the level of a rented apartment for a night. The hostess smiles only for money. But you can live with dogs

We had booked the holiday apartment for one night. The location definitely gets five stars. It's ideal for traveling around the city. The room was totally underground. Dust and dirt everywhere in the bedrooms and in the bathroom, the one bed in the bedroom was broken on both sides. A pigeon lives on the small balcony facing the inner courtyard. Otherwise, the other furniture etc. almost fell apart just by looking at it.Breakfast was okay, something for everyone and a nice lady at the reception. Unfortunately she was only in the house until 12 p.m.

Unfortunately there are only 2 positive things to say! Firstly, the location - absolutely central - and secondly, the soundproof windows!The rest was underground! The holiday apartment was dirty, dust mice in the corners and under the beds (not just a bit of dust), cobwebs hung on the walls in the visible area - so the cleaning staff should have seen them! In the wardrobe there was a T-shirt and a pair of socks that had been forgotten by the previous person!!! Please be careful at breakfast - moldy sliced cheese! The breakfast room wasn't very clean either and dirty plates/cups/glasses were found not only on one morning! The "office" of the "housekeeper" is also located in the middle of the breakfast room - I don't think it's really hygienic...

I can truthfully say the only good thing about this hotel is the location. For the rest its a complete disaster! This hotel is very basic the rooms were clean but very cheaply done. When we opened our sons bedroom window it opened to roof space which was absolutely disgusting ( please see photos) Bird excrement everywhere with an old beer bottle with mould growing. This is not hygienic also for breathing. The rooms have no airconditioning and it was stifling hot . I asked the lady if she had any fans but we didn't get a reply. For the amount of money the rooms cost you would think that the rooms would have at least a little fan. We paid for family room and a triple room €298 + € 73.50 for breackfast (5 adults + 2 children) The Breakfast is also nothing to speak about ,very Sparse. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

Anyone who expects a quiet room in this very central location (5 minutes walk to Porta Nigra or the cathedral) with 4 restaurants and outdoor restaurants on the doorstep is of course wrong. But it gets quieter between 11 p.m. and midnight. If you take that into account, you will find a small hotel with bright and friendly rooms. I was lucky enough to have a balcony in my small but nice single room and was able to spend the rest of the beautiful day there. The breakfast is great for the size of the house and the hostess is very friendly. Check-in via code/key in the safe went smoothly and conveniently. The price wasn't a bargain, but it was reasonable considering the overall package. I was there with my bike and was able to park it in the hotel hallway.

The room was fine, except for the broken window, the location was great, exactly in the city center. In terms of service, the room was clean, but no one else is there, you can only leave keys there in the morning. WiFi worked well, there was an option to book breakfast, but in my opinion it was too expensive, we didn't do it, we just walked past, nothing special. The parking lot was around the corner for a fee.

Hotel was very clean! Absolute plus point. The service was more than friendly.BUT: Queen size beds and a mattress that isn't saggy would be nice.The big drawback is the noise outside. Since the room is not air-conditioned, it's torture at 30 degrees.Price-performance doesn't really fit together for me.

Very central location in the city center. Parking spaces are within walking distance in the parking garage about 200m away (€15 per day). However, the rooms and furniture are in need of renovation or are not of a high standard. The mattresses are too soft (your back will thank you…) and the double bed is two single beds next to each other. I cannot confirm the breakfast praised in previous reviews. But we were full. Unfortunately, another visit will not take place
