Good hotel, ideally located for driving, large rooms with everything you would expect, large bathroom with walk-in shower, enough parking spaces at the hotel, good restaurant with very tasty dishes, friendly staff.

Alone, room, great for allergy sufferers specially requested! Restaurant normal cuisine. Small money traps installed. If you ask for bread 4.50 because it comes with herb butter. They put olives on the table again 5€ without asking. A little salad means 6x salad jars for €4.50, sorry, absolute rip-off! Some rooms from middle-class people, well. Breakfast not so great anymore. Too many guests not enough to eat. Rolls were out, there were no more particles. The staff was overwhelmed. Too bad.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately, I had problems with the promised parking space, which is absolutely sufficient for cars right in front of the house. Unfortunately I wasn't allowed to park my exhibition truck there.Beautiful wellness area, without swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Trier at the end of the A 602. Located in the commercial area, but behind the hotel there is a beautiful, large park.Large wellness area with several saunas and changing rooms, plus large terraces for relaxing, small fitness area. There is also a large section available for massage and cosmetics.Then there is a separate area for events...As part of an arrangement, we had a "Mythos Mosel" room, with a separate toilet, quietly located in the manor house with a view of the park. Lots of space in the room and closet, table and a bench in front of the window.Breakfast is okay, but nothing special. It's all there, but it's a bit carelessly prepared and the quality isn't of the highest standard, as can be seen in the mozzarella and the scrambled eggs without any structure. It was only refilled when the last piece of the plate was eaten.Evening one was included in the price. There is a three-course menu from a separate menu. The food was very tasty and the portion size was okay. However, I find it questionable to calculate bread and cream cheese in advance when plates and knives are basically prepared for them. But it is shown in both districts, so it's not a joke.On the second evening we ate à la cart and discovered that we only had half the portion the night before. The veal Wienerschnitzel now had two schnitzels (one the day before) and the cheese for dessert had six pieces of cheese (three the day before). A rogue who thinks evil, but we also had three courses on the second day.Prices are completely acceptable for quantity and quality.The service in the hotel is good, but variable. Friendly in the restaurant, but you do your job, but nothing more. Same thing at the bar. At the reception they were also friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and in the morning for breakfast the table was decorated, there was a handwritten greeting, etc. ...The audience in the hotel was different. From the guests at a wedding to the bowling brothers with no decorum after dinner, everything was there.

Very nice hotel with restaurant and wellness area. I had a room with a terrace and lounge furniture, the bed was good and the bathroom was also ok. The wellness area is very nice, there is a Finnish sauna, steam bath and bio sauna. The service in the restaurant and at the reception was top.

The hotel itself is beautiful. but lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant are painful. Insects are often found in food. The staff doesn't even speak German properly. Never resist

I spontaneously decided to take a short break in Trier and chose this great hotel for 2 nights.Check-in went smoothly and I was even able to book the “City Package”. My wish for a quiet room was also fulfilled, and so my room was on the 3rd floor facing the park.Parking: There are sufficient parking spaces directly on the property, but these are subject to a fee.There are also 2 charging stations for electric vehicles. The price is 0.35€/kwHRoom: I booked a deluxe double room and it was on the park side.The room was really nicely decorated.The bed was big enough and I slept great both nights.There was also a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. And you had a great view over historic Nells Park.The bathroom wasn't very big, but it was clean and modern.There were two small defects in the shower, but the reception was informed about this (shower drain, shower head always turned to the side)I also liked the indirect lighting around the bed.Further positives: If you don't want the room to be cleaned, you can hang a small bag on the door. And the next morning there is a little surprise inside.Breakfast: There isn't a huge selection like in other hotels, which is really good because it saves resources. And I found something every morning and always felt full.Unfortunately, the breakfast is no different from low budget hotels. Because in this hotel too there are only baked rolls, juices from the machine and the scrambled eggs were nothing.I would wish for a slightly higher standard, especially in this price range. Maybe rolls from the local bakery... Maybe regional fruit juice from the bottle. And better scrambled eggsDinner: Every course of the meal was really delicious, newly discovered the lemongrass soup.I was disappointed with my glass of Hugo, too much sparkling wine and not enough elderflowers.The falling apple was a positive surprise - very, very fruity and delicious.Wellness: There were two bags in the closet in the room, each with a sauna towel. And two additional bathrobes.The wellness area is really beautifully furnished and you can relax beautifully.There are two saunas, a steam room, a warming room. Additionally, two roof terraces with plenty of loungers and 2 Hollywood swings. And also a nice relaxation room.There is water, tea, snacks, etc. everywhere.Conclusion: A great hotel with a few small drawbacks. Really great, friendly and competent staff in every area.I'd love to come back.
