My mother stays here when she comes to visit. She is very satisfied with the rooms, breakfast and innkeepers. She always likes to come back.We often eat here ourselves, be it for lunch or dinner, it tastes very good.Innkeepers are very fond of children (there's almost always a little chocolate 😉) and have nothing against furry friends. Everything is very familiar and very friendly.The restaurant is rustic, the beer garden with parking spaces and a small playground invites you to linger.From time to time there are also small events that take place there.There is proximity to the Elbe cycle path.Staritz lies between Torgau and Riesa.Bus stop nearby.There are excursion destinations in the area.Even the village’s own hiking trail “Starweg” is accessible to everyone 😊 and signposted.

We just came here spontaneously for dinner. The lunch break was even waived and we were still given delicious food and drinks. We can definitely recommend this inn. Nice and good!!

The food is very good, you sit comfortably in the beer garden and you are satisfied with the staff 👍🍀Guest, what more could you want, we from Großenhainer would be happy to come back ❤️ 🍀👍.

Unfortunately I have to give one star... undeserved!!! Yes, they have a rest day today, but that's no reason to ignore cyclists who have a question. I asked them politely and the owner just kept running past us. A polite no would have been enough. Ignoring it doesn't work at all.

Were in the beer garden 5 minutes before it opened and this fact was pointed out instead of a greeting. 2 thin cups of coffee had a utopian price.

The location of the property is very good and is close to the Elbe cycle path. Unfortunately, we didn't really like the food and the rooms on the street side (Bundesstrasse) were extremely noisy despite the windows being closed. Unfortunately, the night was not relaxing after the long bike ride. The breakfast was ok. We would choose a quieter location next time.
