Total disaster!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!Today's experience is absolute unprofessionalism and incredible laziness!!!Food ordered 2x Burger and fried cheese, so the Burger was like a rock and totally burnt bacon on the corner!!!!!! A bun like concrete and fries cold and soft and, finally, classic cutlery for the Burger, although a chainsaw would be needed!Nothing could be criticized about the fried cheese except that it is simply a purchased semi-finished product! Nowadays, the service should be in a different place, but here it's just relying on the fact that it's on the premises and people are hungry!And the fact that we waited over 10 minutes for a drink and 50 minutes for food, I probably don't even have to mention anything about that, and please, it wasn't full.The staff are two ladies who don't know what they are doing, but they have a terminal into which they click the order and then they don't know what the person ordered.The food was returned in its entirety and they still charged for it 🤣 that's just awful.

We were here at school in nature. The first impression was incredible. Pleasant interior of the pub, rooms and overall wellness and pension Kristýna. The service was nice, pleasant and always interested in us. Whether it's because of the food, because of the rooms or any problems. They had excellent food. Warm, seasoned... They always treated us like friends and never turned us away. I definitely recommend it for recreation, spending time and relaxation.

We had a wellness package with accommodation and breakfast at the guesthouse. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the food was excellent. We were very pleased with the large selection of beer, which was great. We also have to highlight the excellent, fresh, crispy bread. We came back beautifully relaxed and satisfied. We definitely recommend it. V+J

Horrible, we wanted to order food and had to wait an hour despite the fact that we were the only ones there, in the end it was cold and the bikes were so disgusting.

The accommodation is modest but nice, the staff are willing and they solved our requirements and also accommodated us in the kitchen. The kitchen has also improved a lot.

We were very surprised by the cleanliness and very pleasant service! The stay was also possible with a dog. They always prepare breakfast fresh, so sometimes when there are more people, you have to wait a little while, but it doesn't matter at all for the quality 🤗.An amazing hot tub and the entire wellness area, which can be privately rented at an affordable price.Thank you for the great service and we will definitely be back.

Pleasant atmosphere from arrival to departure. Great staff, beautiful surroundings, excellent food, sauna, relaxation, view from the room (number 5 :-). The rooms are small, but perfectly adequate. It was our first stay at Kristýna and we will definitely return there regularly. Thank you very much! :-)

As you can see, the beer is great and I'm excited 👍🙂 I also added goulash soup and satisfaction again. The soup was perfectly warm, maybe it could be a little more thickened - I don't mean the contents like potatoes etc. - but the overall impression is completely fine. I was also pleased with the taste 🙂 I will try another main dish and we will see 🙂. So after a few minutes I couldn't resist and had a second course. I'm on a hike, so I tried spicy sausage with mustard and bread. Absolutely great again. They also had a rabbit on the Easter menu, but I was very pleased with the sausage. Very well done, crispy chicken and some interesting bread that is only served with sausage or similar food. Again, just a compliment. It's really nice in the birch grove. Thank you and I wish you a nice visit 🙂👍...prices are definitely friendly...soup 55 and klobanda about 80. Just ready 👍

I can't describe the room because I didn't stay there. For food, I only had an apple strudel and a coffee, both good. I was in the restaurant that belongs to Pension Kristyna. The waitress's German wasn't good, but she made an effort. All in all, worth a visit.

We spent three nights in apartment c.10 at the turn of August and September and were very satisfied. We left rested. We had a spacious fridge and an electric kettle with a tea strainer in the room, as well as a coffee machine and a microwave in the hallway.The apartment is modernly furnished and offers comfort for the whole family. The apartment is designed for up to eight people, but I think the ideal number to maintain comfort is 3-4.What we would improve: in the shower, it would like a curtain to the floor, so that there is no flood under the sink after each shower, a smaller lamp would be useful for intimate lighting of the living room/bedroom in the evening, and better pillows.The breakfasts were rich and tasty, the staff willing to do anything. The environment of the boarding house is arranged and the location in the camp is ideal.

We stayed for the weekend at the Kristýna camp, a partner's idyll in a tent... The whole area is beautiful, newly renovated and ideal for spending time with the family. We decided to refresh ourselves in the Kristýna wellness guesthouse, the locals call it "Ačka". Beer warm, soup cold, albeit very well seasoned. By the way, we waited for half an hour here, even though the pub is half empty. We didn't want to delay, so we ordered spaghetti and schnitzel from the LUNCH MENU. We arrived a little after noon. It was just past 2pm and the main meal was still nowhere to be found. A horde of part-timers hang out in the kitchen, look at the take-out window like obesity for a hamburger, but the food is nowhere to be found. The service is absolutely confused, they don't know who has ordered, who is waiting and who has received. When paying, I was refunded a hundred less, after being reminded, there was no apology, but an ironic mockery, and the hundred landed on the table like a feather at Forest's feet. If you want to eat, take a trip to Poland, Germany, or Brazil. I think that even in these cases you will find yourself sooner than here on the famous Áček. I definitely do not recommend the pub. In the time that we have been sitting here, we have remembered 4 times, seen dozens of people who left after half an hour of sitting, because the staff did not notice them. In one word - !!!!DISASTER!!!!
