Very nice apartment in a prime location. Bus stops, supermarket and restaurants can be reached quickly. Nice landlords and an apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is there and lovingly furnished.

We spent a week in the apartment with the children in July. The landlords are super accommodating. The apartment is well equipped, even toothbrushes and other hygiene products were available. There is a large collection of board games for all ages and also plenty for reading.The apartment is easily accessible by public transport and is a great starting point for hikes and excursions in the area. You can also quickly get to the center.Diagonally opposite there is a good Italian restaurant and a brewery just across the street. Shopping opportunities are within sight.The location is on a busy street, but you hardly notice any traffic because the apartment is completely at the back. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Alpspitze and you can also see the Zugspitze.We were very satisfied.Thank you for everything.

Great accommodation, highly recommended. Everything is actually taken care of. Even hygiene products are available in the bathroom. Nice, big balcony, great bathroom. Small but well-equipped kitchen. Large bedrooms, good mattresses. We had very nice contact with the landlady.2nd floor without elevatorWe'll definitely be back!

Beautiful holiday apartment. Fully equiped. Everything you need for life is there. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating. Also offer help and support. Very clean and very lovingly furnished. We were very excited and would love to come back.

We have never had such a great apartment!! The landlords are extremely nice, the apartment is very clean and almost better equipped than our household at home. Nothing is missing here, the apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail. Great view of the Alpspitze, central location with a drinks market and supermarkets right in front of the door, great with children thanks to the second bedroom, your holiday really starts from the first minute!

A super nice apartment! Absolutely suitable for feeling good and relaxing. The balcony offers a fantastic view. The location is perfect - for a stroll through Garmisch as well as a starting point for hiking. Garmisch definitely again & hopefully again in this temporary home

Were in Garmisch for the Biker Days. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. There is even a hot water bottle. Great view of the Alpspitz and a very central location. Very nice and helpful landlords, always available to give advice and support. We'd love to come back.
